“My absolute favorite local spot. It's the best soft serve I have ever had and NEVER disappoints. They have tons of alternative menu items if that's not your cup of tea.

“Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“This was a great restaurant to stop by during my layover in Baltimore! I was quite starving, but I didn’t want a big meal or junk food because of my upcoming flight.
This place offered an excellent strawberry banana smoothie that helped quench my hunger. A small was 7 dollars.
It was nice getting to watch them peel the banana, which helped ensure its freshness.
The smoothie itself was delicious and sweet with the two flavors popping out every couple sips.
Overall, great place, and if I’m ever stuck in Baltimore with a growling stomach again, I will be sure to return.

“This ice cream shop smells heavenly! I had one scoop of vanilla salted caramel ice cream in a waffle cone. It was the BEST ice cream I've ever had. I sampled the chocolate salted caramel. It was also delicious, but it was so rich I knew I wouldn't have been able to eat it all. The service was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely make my way back to try more flavors the next time I'm in Baltimore!“

I have a moderate milk protein allergy, so I felt a little bit of discomfort and decided to skip my run the following morning to be safe, and guess what? STILL WORTH IT! Perfect blend of chocolate and banana.“

“A nice little quiet place. Excellent bakery and food options. The area is decent, I mean, you have a few homeless, but they are not threatening or anything. It's a nice spot to eat at, but not many tables. So once you go in, claim your seats. The staff is very nice.“

“My son spotted out this place and Lord knows that yesterday I was craving an EGG CUSTARD SNOWBALL W MARSHMALLOW BUT FINALLY I FOUND A GOOD STAND TODAY! PRICE WAS GOOD TOO! The only downside NOT MUCH OF A WORRY was that they don’t accept cards or cash. ONLY CASH APP. But other than that I will be going back many more times again this summer! “Had to make a stop at Quality Snowballs on 36th Street! At first glance, I wasn’t sure if I having a snowball or eating a salad! Watermelon Basil and Lime Snowball! Perfectly cut up watermelon on top to ensure that there are pieces in every scoop! Watermelon and Lime snowball flavors with a slice of lime. The fresh basil was good but it seemed to overpower the snowball a little. I would’ve preferred fresh mint instead but overall, it was worth me cheating on my Louv-vah!“

“Rita's is my favorite ice cream parlor simply because of their soft serve options! I'm not a big fan of the regular scooped ice cream and much more prefer softer ice cream and foods in general.
My favorite thing there by far is the cookies and cream Gelati! I also love the Choclate - Vanilla - Twist cone (on a cake cone) with rainbow sprinkles! If I'm down for it, every once in a while, I will get the Swedish fish Gelati that has a nice sweet tang to it, and mixed with the frozen creamy custard , it's so perfect!
Now, so far with staff I hadn't had any issues with. According to a lot of other reviews on here, people are saying the staff and customer service are terrible. Most of the time, especially during summer seasons, it's just high schoolers finding a summer job there, and they're pretty friendly to me!
That's all for now, though. I would highly recommend this place, definitely a 10/10!!!!“

“My husband and I had not been here in a while. Went in at 10:30 am on 2/08/25, and I was craving lunch food. They had no issues prepping our lunch and the young man who waited on us was very nice, polite and answered my questions. Food was good and dining room was very clean.“

“Love the ice cream, but they were soooo backed up on a Monday night with only 2 people serving it was ridiculous. I waited in line for 30 mins. I just got a birthday cake, and both guys went in the back and took 10 mins just to put it in a box! Never again“

“Rita's in Linthicum are always will to give back to the community. In the past they have donated for Vacation Bible School at Friendship Church of the Brethern and today they donated very generously for our upcoming silent auction. Very personal and friendly place to go.“
