“Ali is an absolute ray of sunshine. I walked into subway after one of the hardest days of the school year, and all i really wanted was a nice turkey and cheese. He proceeded to take my order, asking me how my day was, and cracking light hearted jokes. By the time i got to the register, my day had gotten so much better. I even offered to pick up my baby daddys kids, and pick up a 7am-11 shift at work (thats how good it got). The bread was nice and fresh, lettuce crunchy, and turkey AMAZING (He even put the right amount of mayo). Usually when i see the money drain from my account, i feel sorrow and loss. But this time, seeing -7.99 from subway in owings mills get taken from my account, made me smile.“

When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. “If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! Food was good. Service was awesome. People walking around to ensure you have everything you need. Bathrooms were clean. They even sang Happy Birthday to a very special 7 year year old. Awesome location, I highly recommend.“

“When I entered this business, there was only one person taking orders and her name is Kamya. She was in the kitchen cooking a customer’s order and greeted me. She directed me to the kiosk to order and was very kind. I stepped out to get ice cream and came back. My food was done and she saw that I had a lot of bags and even asked me if I needed help. Customers continued to come in and she was kind greeting everyone with a smile, while going back and forth to the kitchen to fill orders.

The customer service was great and she was doing EVERYTHING on her own which makes it even more amazing. My food was good and I will be back! 🙂“

“Shah's is fantastic! I first tried their food after visiting my wife in the hospital, I wasn't in the best of modes amd I absolutely did NOT want to cook, but I also didn't want just standard fast food, then I saw Shah's pop up on my phone. I personally love middle eastern foods, and I decided that this place looks great! So I ordered delivery amd it was FANTASTIC!!! The flavors were on point, the extra sauciness made everything stand out and getting pita with their hummus, excellent!

There was onlyb1 temporary downside to that first meal. When I told my wife about it she wasn't allowed to have spicy/highly flavorful foods bc of her surgery. I was in the dog house for a bit for making her extremely jealous. But good news is that I have since been moved back out of the dog house since she has now had their food and both of us can't wait until the next time we eat there!!!“

“Got dinner here for the first time tonight omg was it delicious!! I got the sandwich combo and an Oreo milkshake. My partner got the chicken and waffles. As a kid, my family would travel from NC to MD for church services held at 3100 North Ave. Well, Mike’s was right there and the aroma of the food would always draw us over there to place an order. ? “Not from this area of the country.. work brought me on for a week.. Had to make a stop at Walmart across street.. Found this place and was hungry.. Just past 10a.m. so figured I get an early lunch.. Got a cheese steak and med fries... They exceeded my expectations.. The sandwich was big, hot, and extremely tasty.. Fries was also.. It might just be another chicken spot, but the Cane’s sauce makes all the difference. It’s in a real good location in the downtown Towson area, and they validate parking for the nearby underground garage.

The folks that work here are nice enough, if not overworked. They look really busy and might be in a rush to get you on your way, but they’re not rude about it.

The crowd here varies. Lots of college-aged kids, rowdy crowd or not is a hit or miss. It gets loud and the tables could be wiped down a little more often, but they keep up with the demand.

Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors.
