“The best part about my stop here was not only was my sandwhich great but the customer service was exceptional. I ran in about 10 min before they were closing (they had already started wrapping & putting things away) which I totally get, it’s a slow area around this time. But they didn’t even blink an eye to take my order, unwrap things & we’re so nice about it. They truly went above & beyond & I was so greatful because I was starving & not much was open in the area. Luv awesome customer service, will definitely be back!“

When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. “While the unusual wait time for a table under our reservation was way too long, the food NEVER disappoints! Continues to be my favorite restaurant right now! The new Farmer Ian's Tomato dish is amazing - the layers of flavor make this a new "best dish I've ever had at The food Market" for sure! This restaurant offers an extensive menu that caters to all tastes. However, what truly stole the show was their chicken biryani – it was absolutely delicious! Guthivankaya biryani is also amazing! The portions were generous, and the accompanying raita complemented the dish perfectly.

“When I entered this business, there was only one person taking orders and her name is Kamya. She was in the kitchen cooking a customer’s order and greeted me. She directed me to the kiosk to order and was very kind. I stepped out to get ice cream and came back. My food was done and she saw that I had a lot of bags and even asked me if I needed help. Customers continued to come in and she was kind greeting everyone with a smile, while going back and forth to the kitchen to fill orders.

The customer service was great and she was doing EVERYTHING on her own which makes it even more amazing. My food was good and I will be back! 🙂“

“No Zaxby’s? No problem. We got Cane’s.

It might just be another chicken spot, but the Cane’s sauce makes all the difference. It’s in a real good location in the downtown Towson area, and they validate parking for the nearby underground garage.

The folks that work here are nice enough, if not overworked. They look really busy and might be in a rush to get you on your way, but they’re not rude about it.

The crowd here varies. Lots of college-aged kids, rowdy crowd or not is a hit or miss. It gets loud and the tables could be wiped down a little more often, but they keep up with the demand.

We’ll come back here time to time.

I usually go later in the evening so maybe it’s partly bc there are no crowds but they move things along quickly and the order is always correct. As a kid, my family would travel from NC to MD for church services held at 3100 North Ave. Well, Mike’s was right there and the aroma of the food would always draw us over there to place an order. ?
