He was an amazing waiter, great personality, and went above and beyond to explain to another customer what the menu said. We ordered the scallops and steak, both were absolutely amazing. Awesome environment, great food. A+ If you go to any restaurant, please take the time to read what the menu says as it pertains to charges. This was my first time there and I understood the menu. Another customer who had allegedly been there multiple times before had to be explained how a menu works, AND that pre-tip actually meant "before the tip". We will be back from Virginia for sure in the future!“

From the ambience, to Jessica our amazing bartender, to the well crafted menu. It was a beautiful time. We all can’t wait to stop in again. I had to write and tell you what a fantastic experience we had. Hannah was our server and she was a shining example of hospitality and great service. Not over bearing but there to see what we needed or how things were food wise. She alone would be our reason for coming back. But the food was absolutely incredible. From the hush puppies, wings, crab cakes and blackened chicken, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. Not normally dessert eaters, Hannah sold us on two of your deserts! The apple cobbler and tiramisu cheesecake! Again, both were flawless. Please share this with your BOH staff as I know they are often overlooked and of course we sing our praises to Hannah! “My fiance and I dine out often. We dine here and many other places pretty frequently. I had the special salmon and asparagus yesterday. I have to say that is the best salmon, or meal for that matter, that I've ever had. The food is always great, but that was over the top. I hope they keep that on the menu permanently.“

I contacted Guest Relations on Thursday, confirming in Person on Friday, confirmed Catering on a Saturday, & had the physical Ten years Young B-Day party 🥳 on Monday 24Nov25. The Store Manager must have seen the panic on my face. Inclement weather in bound, Solomons park not feasible for a party. Last minute moving in doors, strict budget. Mom wants to thank all kiddos that arrive with a $5/6 dollar thank you gift 💝 from the CB store. Manger so personable & helpful, the kind Gentleman's name is Khari/Kari? I walked through what I believed a group of TEN ravenous energetic boys plus parents would need. The Holiday Berry punch tea (Adults table) was delicious, want to use as a base for cocktails 🍹 at some point. Pitcher of Lemonade for the kids. Platter of sliders X2. No problem with me bringing in cupcakes 🧁 with candles, budget saver. IN THE MOMENT, added a tray of Crispy Dippers. Three of the B-Day boys friends, don't like burgers 🍔. So much chicken on the tray, everyone got two pieces. We were the back corner of the restaurant. A table for gifts & logistical setup. A kids table, a two tables consisted of the Parent Table. Napkins, cups, plates, goodies bags, balloons, coats dump. We brought table wears for Birthday theme & easier recycling ♻️, wasn't going to have some poor soul washing what this ravenous crowd put away other than pitchers of drink. Long table made of three he personally pushed together. We have never had more than two guests show at any previous party 🎉 because of close proximity to travel holiday. We had ten sitting at the tables with the Birthday boy. Also room for platters & cupcakes, out of reach until time to plate & share. When my lighter failed to ignite, manager let me borrow bic from fireplace. Also handed me a cup with an inch of water. When the candles kept re igniting... Into the cup they went, he obviously has done this before. Unbeknownst to Mom/Dad older siblings had swapped B-Day candles for trick candles. While kids were playing with bouncy blow up balloons awaiting arrival of last guest (I was stalling for time) several cups were knocked over. Mya B our Hostess/Server didn't miss a beat... extra napkins at the ready. Didn't know at the time but Happy Birthday 🎊 Napkins shred like confetti 🎉 when wet. When amped up on B-Day Sugar, she placed pitchers of water front & end of table so the wolf pack could detox. All told, food/Drinks, was $80!! This included location, staging, prep time, hearding cats to rest room. Male head unknown to me, Female Head immaculate. Also the hour plus it took for Ten Boys to pick under $7 toy. The apologies continued to flow. All staff helpful, kind, understanding, consummate professionals. I need to return as every visible trace we tried to remove of our being there a ketchup got swept up into the carry out boxes. Catering came with lids which were stackable perfection for leftovers. This Veteran Momma with a port and an MBC diagnosis knows that birthdays are precious, not guaranteed, & fleeting. So thank you 🙏🏽 to the army of everyone that made this possible. Even the dinner guests on the other side of the restaurant were so thoughtful to wish him Birthday Blessings 🗽🕊️⚓️🎗️This will be an Inside Out, core memory I will forever cherish. “Maddie was our hostess, she was great on the phone when I called ahead & in person. Our server was LJ he was very attentive, took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Ribs my husband had were perfectly made. I choose Salmon & grilled shrimp & the were outstanding. We both brought leftovers home for lunch today.“

“The salmon was excellent. The potatoes were perfectly sauteed and cooked. I got there not too long after they opened, so I go to sit on the patio giving me a nice view when I ate. The patio is closed in, so no problem with the chilly weather.“

“I want to praise the manager of this Red Robin restaurant for displaying the best of customer service one could ever obtain! Tara was fabulous! I had some complications with my phone order and some issues that I faced upon picking up the order. In the end, I was beyond satisfied and taken care of by manager Tara. This woman is incredible as she listens to her customers, discerns the best way to handle the situation, and then she immediately implements a resolution! I am so impressed with this manager and because of her I will continuously come back to Red Robin because I know that even when something doesn't go exactly as planned, the restaurant has my back in the end! There will always be things that are going to happen when dining out, but how an issue is resolved is the most important piece to the puzzle. And manager Tara knows how to handle such situations and represent Red Robin in the finest light! Thank you Tara and thank you Red Robin!“

What a wonderful group of folks, from the time we got there to the time we left we felt like part of the group. I even give you two free drink passes when you arrive for their very nice pub bar. “The food was very delicious and flavorful. It was beyond our expectations. The host and wait staff could. The wait staff and host could of been a little more attentative. Forgot our drink orders and didn't understand the menu or the food we was ordering.“

“I can't even say how nice our breakfast was today. We had Journey as our waitress and she was the nicest person I've ever met, she made sure we were all happy and taken care of and enjoying our food. The food is always incredible and nice and warm when it comes out, the service has always been amazing, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and lots of nice people talking and eating and enjoying this place. When I order carry out its always nice and fast and the food is warm. The place is now decorated for Christmas and looks amazing and the tables and bathrooms are always clean. I highly recommend you try this out for breakfast.“

“Food was good, but the server I had was inattentive. She just gave me my food and said here you go and walked away. I had hoped she would come back so I could get ketchup. I had to ask another server to get it for me. Since I had a burger with a lot of sauce on it I needed napkins to wipe my hands. Once again no sign of my server. I asked another server walking by if she could get me some napkins. She brought me cocktail napkins. Pretty much useless when trying to wipe sauce off your hands! My server finally showed when I was almost finished eating up to ask me if I wanted anything or the bill. A friend of mine said thyey had poor service there as well. Train your servers and may I will come back one day.“
