“Everyone I know jokingly refers to this Dunkin as the “Dunkin Castle”. This place is fast. They are pleasant. My order is always correct. My drink is always consistent. My dog and I used to walk here multiple times a week and sit outside to enjoy our breakfast. We have since moved a few minutes away, but I often go out of my way to go here because I know my refresher is always going to have flavor. The Dunkin I grew up near was god awful and I actively avoid it now, so please know you are appreciated Dunkin Castle ❤️“
“A very great place to sit & chat, share time and coffee or great green iced tea......with lots of extra ice!! Had the pleasure of being served by Akosua and Stephanie, who both greeted myself and each person thereafter with smiles. Both girls are diligent, hard workers, as well as an asset to the 21220 location!!.......(Especially compared to uite a few other locations, which could benefit by receiving GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE training by Stephanie ad Akosua.. who BOTH deserve a raise!)Thanks girls, for being so friendly, along with keeping a clean storefront, clean counters, and also very clean restrooms! If i could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.....?P.S. - A note to "Brian", who posted a low rating 7 months ago, "beotching" about a simple frickin' "closed" sign, I have to say, that's extremely petty & if if that's all you have to offer thru personal negativity, their hour signage had been updated and corrected quite some time ago.....NOT because "YOU BEOTCHED OUT" ABOUT it......maybe be the better and grateful person and give them a fair review on something with better and positive substance. Give it a try, who knows.....it just may work out for the better! ?“

I just went through drive-thru ordered three strawberry frosted donuts and they charged me $7.35 and then when I get home I realize it should have been $4.35. I'm not sure where what the discrepancy was but I think I was just ripped off. I wasn't given a receipt and when I tried to call to figure out what was going on they have their phone disconnected.“
“The morning crew is always super nice and super quick, especially Stephanie! She always remembers my order and makes it perfectly, and goes out of her way to talk to my 2 year old! He hurt himself in the store (his fault, not dunkin's) once, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy!“
