“Ordered lunch today and it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned and large portions. We ordered takeout, shortly after my husband picked up we received a call letting us know something was missing and they’d deliver it right away. They didn’t have to do that, but went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers and we absolutely are!“

“Stopped in for some hot and sour soup. It's one of the best I've had. Never get the cup, always get the bowl. They say it serves 4 but if your hungry, it serves one to two. If it's an appetizer, then four for sure, maybe five. Brought home some meals to go for the kids.“

“I ordered lo mien and won ton soup and I would say they both have a different taste than what I’m used to. It’s not as mid as mall Asian food, as the noodles are actually normal size. Lots of scallions in the soup, which I like! But the won ton dough itself was hard, not soft at all.“

“I have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant in the area for so long. I’ve tried the majority of the ones in the area and always leave disappointed. I actually loved the food here. I got the general Tsos chicken and I loved it. Just the taste was great. I got my husband the shrimp and chicken lo mein and he loved it. The boneless spare ribs were good also and the wontons did not disappoint.

I will definitely be back on those cheat days where I don’t feel like cooking!“

“The wings were perfect and the fries were so crispy. Tasted like it was cooked in fresh oil and they let me get my own hit mustard, duck sauce, hot sauce and ketchup that's very rare. I ordered on my lunch and picked it up in less than 10 mins. Wasn't able to eat my egg rolls but they were still crispy when I got them home. I will definitely return to this location again. It's hard to find a good wing spot and I think I found mine.“

“Best Chinese place in Maryland. I’ve been eating at many Chinese food places in Md , from Towson, lutherville, timonioum, Aberdeen Elton & Anne Arundel County for nearly 50 years. Never have I had such quality & quantity as I have gotten like Ho Wok. “I used to go to another Chinese place in AAC for over 30 years. I moved so I couldn’t get delivery. I took a chance on the place and wow. It’s my new favorite spot. Absolutely love it. My fav is miso soup and lo mein. I just tried the DaBomb roll and was pleasantly surprised! It was an amazing and the price and portions were great! I will be eating here from now on.“

“Singapore Mai Fun and Eggdrop soup are still the best I've had. My relative tried Broccoli Chicken on one occasion and Shrimp Lo Mein the next time. He said both tasted good.

Ask for hot/duck sauce if you need it because they only throw in soy by default; wings were a little overcooked.“

The pork fried rice had plenty of diced pork and tasty.
The pork with snow peas had plenty of sauce, and pork slices and tender bright green snow peas.“

“This is a good place for lunch in the go. I enjoyed my food and the whole experience. I ordered a lunch special and the women who helped me could not have been nicer. I asked for spicy and what was received was mild in my opinion but that's fine.

The place is no frills. But they make up for this in friendly service. I ordered a soda and when I left I forgot to take it (distracted on the phone) the lady came out to tell me and make sure I didn't miss out. Thank you!

My favorites are the fried chicken wings, curry shrimp, shrimp egg foo young, crab rangoons, basically everything is good, especially the sugar donuts and half and half tea. The young lady taking the orders is always pleasant and accurate. Bamboo is the go to spot.“

“Came based upon high reviews on Google. The restaurant did not disappoint. The Haemul-pajeon (seafood pancake) appetizer was delicious. My daughter had the pork bulgogi and it was full of flavor with a nice hint of spiciness. The LA Kalbi was tender and flavorful. The portions were generous and it felt like I got my monies worth. The service was good and attentive. Definitely would recommend this place and I plan to stop by again when we're in the area.“

“The place could be considered “sketchy” or “scary” depending on your definition, but my family has been coming here all my life and the food has always been decent. I always get the chicken lo mein and have never been disappointed. Their wings are also scarily good for a this type of restaurant.

Prices have definitely gone up and quality has gone down over the years.

If you're getting to-go, I would recommend ordering ahead before going but if you don't mind a longer wait time, you can order and wait for it. When picking up, I would recommend parking behind the KFC and walking to the restaurant since they only have about 3 parking spots in front of the restaurant. I would also recommend the Singapore Rice noodles and Spicy Squid.“

“Small mom and pop that serves good Chinese food at decent prices. They have that really sweet red chicken wing sauce I've only ever seen elsewhere in DC. I don't like it so I can't comment on the taste. Staff is friendly but I recommend you call ahead as sometimes it gets busy.“
