Awesome food but the customer service needs a little help. There's more than customer waiting online orders and no one checking to see who was there. Being attentive to the customers who are dining in.
Attended the grand opening and had a great visit. They were super busy so we expected a little wait. They were doing their best to get orders out quickly. We really enjoyed our food! I did pick two and had half a Reuben and a broccoli cheddar soup with yummy iced tea. I will try two half sandwiches next time! Several options on the kids menu. My kids tried the pretzel dog, pizza, lemonade. Staff is super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back...read full review
McAlisters is fantastic! The food is great, and the service is amazing! We got the choose 2 with a club and a spud, and it was perfect! Very cost efficient and lots of menu choices! Will definitely be coming back!

McAlister's Deli is fantastic, with great food and amazing service. The choose 2 with a club and a spud is perfect, very cost efficient with lots of menu choices. The food is always delicious and the customer service is top-notch. One location does not offer curbside pick up through no fault of their own. The Reuben sandwich is delicious, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and the people are genuinely friendly. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and got everything right. The nachos are amazing, the club is loved, and the veggie spud is huge, fully loaded, and delicious. There is a nice vibe inside with good background music that isn't too loud to chat, plus tons of easy parking. The customer service could be more attentive to customers dining in, as no one was checking on online orders. Overall, an all-around wonderful experience.
