Waited more than 30 minutes to be waited on, and 40 minutes later, the order was wrong and cold.“

“Yes! I love the concept. I love how it’s a hand made patty and the burger was cooked perfectly. In addition, you have an option to add items to your burger if you do the build your burger option. You can also choose their preselected choices which look really good. I chose to add sautéed onions, bacon, and Italian sausage. I will say although the Italian sausage was good, I wouldn’t add it again; it didn’t hurt the burger overall. You choose your seasoning (I chose basic), sauce (house bbq), lettuce and tomato. I also ordered the seasoned fries (garlic parmesan). I was curious so I asked for the spicy ranch. It was pretty good.“

“Good evening, We ate at your facility on Sunday evening. I ordered a Lancaster burger on gluten free roll. My husband ordered the OK burger. I have to tell you that I am soooo thankful that we ate there. The burger with the gf roll was phenomenal! The roll didn’t fall apart, it had delicious taste and the burger was perfect. I have celiac’s disease so sometimes it’s a little hard for me to eat out & not worry about cross contamination. But your facility is fantastic! Thank you so much!“

“I took a friend here for dinner. It was our first time. Food was great...hot and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere left a little to be desired, and I didn't like the counter service model at this pricepoint, but again, the steaks we ordered were perfect. Maria, the manager checked on us a few times and was very friendly. We will be back!“

“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us“

“We went to the Mono (Georgetown) location and our burgers were excellent. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. There was outdoor seating enjoyed by many, but we chose to sit indoors and people-watch in the charming, bustling area on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience as out-of-towners!“

Kid-friendliness: They have kids sliders and chicken tenders, just not seen on the main menu I think. They’re always great to our kids. And kids generally love rock music, which is what goes on here. Go before 8-ish, I think bands play after 9 or so.“

“Stop by this ihop for breakfast before my daughter's cheer competition. I went in and began to order shortly after I realized I left my wallet in my bag at the gym. The manager was very kind and showed me empathy. I was not about to get anything to eat; however, she allowed me to keep the tea free of charge. Compassion and grace are hard to find in person. “No menus. No options for menus. No list of places. No signs saying what anyone offers (except for Linda's). Switching between eateries in a drop down is a hassle. Have not tried to food, but would not recommend solely on ordering experience. I wouldn't have had my phone out to write this review if there was any option other than QR menus“

“I'm still thinking about my burger 6 hours later so I figured I'd write a review. This place is so cool! The outside seating area is beautiful. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered and our food came out very quickly. My burger (the De-Lux) was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly, and I literally can't stop thinking about it. I also recommend the fries, they're huge and they have a bunch of different flavors. I'm definitely going to be coming here next time I'm in the Wharf area. AND it didn't even break the bank.“

“Check out "The Spot".. there's 6 restaurants inside. It's like a mini Union Market. Mostly Asian or Korean food but they do have a soul food place and a Boba/ smoothie place. There's also a bar in the center. Pool table and plenty of seating. Parking isn't an issue. There are other restaurants near by. I ate at the Korean taco spot and got a rice bowl with bulgogi. Good portion of food, priced well, and very tasty. I like the multi-restaurant buildings. It gives you the opportunity to try different places and have something salty/ savory and sweet.“

Standing and/or tables on the floor before the stage, depending on the act, with several standing tables adjacent to the bar, which services inside patrons as well as those sitting at a few tables out in front. Acoustics were awesome, and those who are hearing challenged that may wonder how "loud" it gets for, say, a fully outfitted band...it can be loud, but not uncomfortably so.“

“This place is top tier. It's sports bar meets 5 star restaurant. The food is consistent everytime. The drinks are top notch. Even their rail liquors are quality. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots.“

“5 stars for the beef noodle soup - soup is delicious and beef is so tender it falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks.

Wontons are delicate and delicious, if a bit salty. The dumplings are alright, skin is a bit too thick. The pork burger is alright. Broccoli is a pass - seasoning is patchy and too vinegary. Would definitely come back for the noodles.“

“My first time here was passing through and placed an order at the walk up window and I ordered a 10 piece bbq wing with a five piece tinder with a large sprite the wait time wasn’t long at all ,the food was hot and fresh very good overall . “A concept created during the pandemic, I’m so glad it’s back inside Shilling Canning Company. Available inside and to go, there are six sandwiches on the menu and a weekend breakfast burrito. Every part of the sandwich is created in house except for raising the animals for the meat.Trying every sandwich at their launch party, every single one was delicious, especially with the housemade buns. However, my favorite was the “Chivito” with beef, ham, bacon, egg, and more. The “Ampburger” tastes like a gourmet Big Mac and it’s everything.Their wedge fries are crispy and nice. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are chocolate heavy and always warm. So good!They also sell Mexican Coca-Cola and Sprite in glass bottles.Service is always excellent and street or a paid parking lot are nearby.“

“Truly enjoyed finding this spot, the conversation with the owner and the quality of food! Nestled within a part of town not known for many good things this is a hidden gem and community haven. The work that they are doing to support the community is wholesome and awesome in itself.

Now to the food: ordered three orders of wings, two orders of fries, the double burger with cheese, salmon bites, strawberry cheesecake and strawberry lemonade. Everything was very fresh and delicious. One order of wings I saved until later and they heated up very well.

Not only will I be returning and would recommend a 10 out of 10! Try as much as you can from this black owned, women powered and community driven restaurant!

“Clean location with great speedy service. The burger here is one of those chains that I keep craving. It's juicy and delicious.The Cajun fries are also my favorite. My wife loves the regular fries there. So, we have to take turns on whichever we order. If you have the cheeseburger, ordered all the way, one little fries is more than enough for two people.“
