“I absolutely love this location. This is one of the few Burger Kings in Frederick that still has an outdoor playground. The restaurant is always kept very clean. As soon as the table leaves, they literally wiped down the tables. Their drive-through is fast and efficient. And the food is always made fresh. They also have the Burger King crowns everywhere for kids to wear.“

“I'm not a fast food eater, except for Chick Fil A and burger king. The hamburgers are edible, large, and flame grilled. Tomato and lettuce always seem fresh. I get the whopper. The fries are very tasty. My kids love their chicken nuggets, which are [probably] more than 5% chicken, unlike McDonalds. 👎“

Someone checked with me when I walked in to pick up my online order, a second person started making the milkshakes and a third employee came over and asked if I wanted a drink carrier. “On a whim, went thru the drive thru tonight on my way home from work and was greeted by a well spoken, friendly, courteous voice taking my order. No rush, no “you’re bothering me” tone I hear at other places. Wamala (I think that’s the right spelling) greeted me at the window with a smile and quick service. Hot fries, ice cold tea, reasonable cost and a friendly employee. You can’t get any better than that!“

“Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“

“Went there recently with my family. I know we cause quite a ruckus with our small army (7 children) but the staff was more than excellent in helping us. The manager Rey deserves a special thank you from us, making the kids laugh and made our order lightning quick. The ice-cream was delicious, we most definitely will be returning!!!
