this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). “I’m addicted to boba I have to drink at least one a day otherwise get withdrawal 😊 I’ve been to all the boba shops in Rockville and tbaar is definitely one of my fav. Boba and tea are fresh and the staff are helpful and friendly. They don’t seem to cut corners and I appreciate that. I like my teas with no ice, and cups are always filled to the brim, and they don’t skimp on ingredients for my smoothies.
Late closing is super convenient when I have late night cravings, and I can always find ample parking nearby.“

“I recently got to visit the Pure Green Dupont location, FINALLY! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Krystal (one of the owners) and the vibe was extremely welcoming. Not only was the vibe a breath of fresh air (given the current energy in the city), but it was extremely clean. I could definitely see myself just pulling up to get work done, have a quick meeting, visit after a workout or yoga class. I ordered the Pink Dragon w/ Coconut Creme Swirl (please make sure you add that for an extra razzle dazzle) & it was amazing!! Pictures do not do it justice. Honey, you gotta try it for yaself! I forgot I got the Grape Hydr8 pressed juice before I left. I drank it so fast before I was able to take a picture. I usually stay away from grapes because they are so naturally sweet, but this drink was extremely refreshing after running around all day (I am a fan now, I can admit)... Overall, my experience 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, service 10/10, food/drink 10/10! I will absolutely return and I highly recommend this location to any & EVERYONE!“

It was the fact that I didn’t have an issue repeating myself for them to understand and my request was slightly pushed to the side. I asked for extra honey on my açaí bowl multiple times and I made it apparent that it was something I specially enjoy about my bowls so please add extra. The bowl came back, I checked it and it did not have extra honey. Just a drizzle over the top, as it would normally. I had to request more honey which is fine but it’s the principal in paying attention to your customers . Food pretty alright tho“

“I came to try this bakery after seeing it promoted on Instagram as an authentic Asian-style bakery. I miss the Japanese bakeries I would frequent often when living in Japan a few years ago, and this one definitely brought back those memories. The interior is cute and on display were a variety of Asian-style baked goods and some minimal seating. I got the ube twist and melon pan. The ube twist was really delicious — I’d highly recommend it. The melon pan was disappointing; I expect a crunchy cookie crust on melon pan and this one was sticky and soft. The bread itself was super plush and soft and amazing, so it would be great if they could improve upon it with a crunchier cookie crust. The bread items were $3-4 each, so not the cheapest, but I was happy to support a local Asian bakery.“

“Stopped in for a quick and lite lunch around 1 p.m. and had next to no wait. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto toast as well as the Tropi-Kale smoothie. The smoothie was excellent, and the large size is a great value over the medium - $9.99 for a smoothie, but that is in line with Tropical Smoothie and other places that offer similar products. The toast was fairly disappointing though, for $9.49 the piece of toast was much smaller than anticipated. I believe it was sourdough but the size of the toast was maybe 1/3 smaller than anticipated and for the price I would have opted for another menu item. As far as taste goes, the prosciutto was decent but the fig jam was disappointing. I will be back for the smoothie but I will avoid toast items in the future.“

“Robeks is easily the best smoothie shop in this area and there are a lot of smoothie shops in this area! I have enjoyed every Robeks smoothie I have ever had. The carefully created smoothies on their menu are delicious and are completely customizable if you want to omit, change, or add an ingredient. That is great for people on various restrictive diets. I also love the Build Your Own option! When I am not in the mood for one of the smoothies on the menu because I am not in the mood for sherbet, yogurt, or protein powder, I use the BYO to order smoothies with tons of fruit and a little juice. Sometimes, I even order a second very fruity BYO, so I can put one in my freezer and eat it like Italian ice the next day. Try it, you'll love it!“
