Edit - My one qualm is that one time, my partner ordered a burger and while two of our burgers came out, he had to wait nearly 45 minutes for his. I’m still going to come back, but that was a bit surprising and disappointing and I hope that doesn’t happen again! I really like the atmosphere!“

“Illusions is a must dine restaurant!!! I ordered shrimp and grits and catfish and grits!!!!!! After traveling to Pennsylvania and warming up my food……it was outstanding!! Being able to travel with seafood and grits for nearly 3hrs. This along with the flavor, portion size is just outstanding! My mom and I didn't want to finish it all so we saved half for the next day! “I am here for a conference. I had just gone on a 2.5 hour walk to /exploration of memorial park & was absolutely exhausted and wanted something in the hotel that I could take up to my room. I walked in, there were no tables in sight. Super busy. I ran into one waiter, Francis/Francisco, he personally brought me to the point of sale to put in my to-go order and told me to come back and ask for him. They had it ready in 30 minutes (a quick waiting time for how busy it was), and it was amazing. Francis was so sweet. I can’t thank him enough!!“

The food was 10 out of 10 - we got jerk wings, potato hash with poached eggs, avocado toast, ribs and their special fried catfish. Everything tasted amazing, great seasoning and great service. The vibes were chill and low key (sunday afternoon brunch) they had a great playlist of music. I will definitely be going back and recommend checking it out!“

“After coming back from a 10 day trip in Ireland The Blaguard is the spot to go. Not only do they pour a perfect Guinness but the vibes and ambience are unbeatable. The bartenders and staff are kind and fun to chat with. Not to mention the Buffalo Wings... OMG they were so good!

Great Happy Hour prices and weekly deals between 5-8 PM. I plan to become a regular after stumbiling in on this great pub.“

“My friend and I were in town for this past weekend and ended up here multiple nights. They definitely treat you like family here. We met Marte, danced with Jamal and just had a great experience from the wings and fries was delicious, the orange mint vanilla hookah was amazing, drinks were great and fairly priced. We stayed at an air b&b up the road and we could walk to this spot. We were supposed to go back yesterday but we were too tired as we kicked it multiple days til the wee hours. The music varies depending upon their different nights! It’s an amazing establishment and woman owned! Please check it out if you’re in town. I wish I would’ve grabbed pictures.“
