“Clean. Although it's ran by majority of teenagers, they are courteous and professional And move efficiently. This Dunkin donuts is always packed, but these employees managed to get that line through there. You will most likely sit in the line for approximately 4 minutes and that's from ordering waiting and getting your food that's not bad and you most likely with the last person with seven to 8 cars in front of you. And one of those cars are placing a work order for the office Another car probably got 4 kids in it with a disgruntled tired mom and dad...Sooo Be happy it's only 4 to 5 minutes 😂“

“The best way to beat the post-medical-visit blues? A seasonal bev at this local Dunkin! I’m staunchly anti-waiting in drive-thru lines, so I strutted inside. The service? Stellar. Quick and friendly, like a caffeinated hug from an old friend.

As an added bonus, I got a delightful dose of donut history from the friendly gentleman behind the counter. Apparently, the original “Dunkin’” donut had a little nub handle so you could “dunk” it into your coffee. Genius, right? It’s a shame that in today’s world, nobody has time to actually dunk—talk about a lost art!

Now, onto the drink: my “basic girl” pumpkin spiced latte was spot-on! No syrupy disaster here—just the right balance of flavors. Kudos for avoiding the gallon of sugared syrup that could send anyone into prediabetes!

However, I do have to mention the hash browns. Normally a crispy delight, this time they tasted like they were swimming in old oil. I’d suggest asking for fresh ones if you give them a try.

“I tried Shipley Donuts for the first time this weekend and this is a sweet lil spot!! We got Kolache dippers (sausage wrapped in a dough) very yummy! We also got egg & cheese kolache and bacon, egg and cheese kolache they were both good! We got donut holes and may I say we will never get stale D&D again!!! The donut holes were not only fresh but light and flavorful, So delicious I can’t wait to try the donuts next time!! We also had the apple fritter yummy…

“You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. Do take note that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, but the quality here is worth it if you're in a Dunkin mood.“

“The only remaining Bakery in Md. for real home made Baked Goods, not commercial chemical preservative filled crap like the big grocery stores do it. Stop in Stoltzfus Bakery at the Dutch Market in Laurel Md. Old fashioned Baked items of all kinds, at a great Market, Twenty minutes from B’More and DC, just a couple miles from 295 or 95 making it the easiest Md Farmers Market to get in and out of. On 198 across from the Laurel Horse Races. Talk to authentic Amish owners, Ben or Ike while you’re there. Cakes ,Pies, Quiches, Cupcakes ,Loaves, Cookies, Muffins, Whoopies, Fry Pies, Fresh Doughnuts, Custom cake decorating upon request and much much more. Plenty of parking and refreshments.“

“This is the best DD in the area. We go out of our way to go here if we aren’t near it. They have never gotten our order wrong! ZERO TIMES ORDER WRONG! They are always pleasant, quick and so nice! I think he’s the manager, this morning he saw my 2 girls in the car and said his hellos and GAVE THEM A UNICORN CROWN! I told my girls that was a sign we were going to have a great day! 10 out of 10. Much better than Starbucks!“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“Been coming here for many years now and am very impressed. I typically order via app and choose walk-in pick up. I live 5 minutes away and can place my order before leaving and it's nearly always just a quick in and out when I go to pick it up. Less than 10% of the time I will have to wait and even rarer something will be missing from the order, but they do so well with getting me in and out that it's a small matter.“

“Overall enjoyable; we got two sundaes: Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Sundae, which we liked better than the peach.STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAEThe strawberry compote is the winner here since you get this sweet syrupy fresh strawberry flavor running through the strawberry ice cream and the graham cracker crumbles don't get moistened by everything going on, maintaining their satisfyingly crumbly texture.PEACH COBBLER SUNDAEGood overall but having a vanilla ice cream base means needing quite a bit going on to make sure you don't just taste vanilla which unfortunately was a lot of what I tasted. The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla?The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!“
