“The food was good and the service was great!“

“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“Compared to several other Outbacks close to me, this Outback is great in food, service, and is well managed. Since I've been coming, I only have one complaint, and that is hostesses running their fingers through their hair and touching menus, napkins silverware, etc. Please train your workers on this habit.“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. “We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. “Richard was a great server. Good was perfectly prepared and tasted great without any extra salt or pepper. The Birthday treat at the end of dinner was also perfect. The only complaint I have is that they got super busy for a Monday and it was not enough staff. So I had to wait around after I got my meal to closeout my ticket. Other than that, I will recommend and I will be returning!“

“India, the manager, is absolutely awesome!! My steak came out well done even though I ordered it medium. I simply mentioned it to my server, Nick, and both he and India went above and beyond to make things right.

India immediately offered to replace my steak, even though I never asked that of her. That level of care and attentiveness truly stands out. Nick was friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the meal.
