“We, had lunch at this location on Nov 10th. The service was very poor and the order came out wrong. The waiter never offered to refill our drinks. We, ended up sending food back and had taken off the bill. I, asked for a manager and the waiter only came back. This was a VERY poor experience. The waiter sucked, They may need new management.“

“Basic steakhouse. Nice dinners at a moderate price. They cook the steak as you ask, and no deficiencies here, and plenty of healthy choices on the menu. Great specials if you are sticking to your budget and the bar at this one is a good place to watch a game. It's not the Palm but then it isn't trying to be and it's more budget friendly. The staff are excellent.“

“I took my dad tonight for Father’s Day and it was very busy. We were told an hour and half wait so we waited. From the crew at the reservation desk to the lady who took is us to our table and Evan our waiter everything was awesome. Even with being crazy busy service was great and food was great. I highly recommended Texas Roadhouse Columbia“

“We had an excellent experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Columbia, MD, especially given that we came in with a large party of 16. The staff was able to accommodate us without issue, which we truly appreciated.
Our waitress did an outstanding job—she kept all of the orders organized and accurate despite the size of our group, checked on us consistently, and made sure refills were provided without us having to ask. The food came out promptly and hot, and everything was exactly as ordered.
Overall, the service was smooth, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Managing a large party isn’t easy, but they handled it seamlessly. We had a great experience!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. Shaun, keep up the good work. We will be back soon.“

“We came to celebrate a special birthday and everything was so well taken care of. The ambience and decor, as well as the noise level, allowed for conversation that floated easily and permitted me to make a short speech in honor of my wife. The food was fabulous and our server, Tom, gave great advice about how much to order for our shared sides. A fabulous experience through and through. “

“I would like to take a moment to formally recognize and commend the team at the Bowie LongHorn Steakhouse location for their outstanding service.
After having a very frustrating experience at another location earlier the same day, I visited the Bowie location—and the difference was truly night and day. From the moment I sat down at the bar, I was immediately greeted by the bartender, who took the time to clean the table, provide water, and ensure I was comfortable.
What stood out most was the level of attentiveness and professionalism. The bartender took my order promptly, checked in throughout my visit, and maintained a welcoming and respectful attitude the entire time. This was especially impressive given that the Bowie location was noticeably more crowded, yet the service remained efficient and consistent.
This experience reflects exactly what customer service should look like—acknowledgment, responsiveness, and professionalism regardless of how busy the environment is.
The team at the Bowie location should be recognized for setting the standard. Their service not only turned my day around but also reinforced confidence in the LongHorn brand.
I strongly recommend that this team be acknowledged for their performance, as they represent the level of service customers expect and deserve.
