“I've only eaten here twice, but I will return many times because the food is absolutely delicious here. Everything is fresh and hot. The chicken is absolutely mouth-watering. I'd highly recommend visiting and having a meal at this restaurant or one of their sister locations.Parking: Parking can be a little difficult to find close up to the during peak dinner hours. However there's plenty of parking in the entire shopping center.“
“Very bright, warm, friendly location. Drink offerings are varied and refreshing. The staff are always responsive and even offers firepit in the winter. Definitely has grown exponentially since their initial opening. Great local brewery. Parking has been a battle as far as access, but the location is very cute and welcoming.“

“Stayed at a local hotel and ordered from Door Dash. SECRET SPICY CHICKEN was great. Pretty much like General Tso's Chinese but a tad spicier. Large pieces of good quality chicken, even the medium order was too much for me. Pair it with steamed white rice, put the rice in the sauce. Very good.“

“I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. I have always been very happy with their food. I really wanted a chicken chimichanga which I have had numerous times before at this restaurant. To my surprise this time they looked like Taquitos. I wanted the enclosed chimichanga with the tender chicken. This time it was not enclosed and of course the chicken was dry and crisp when it came out. I asked the waitress if it was the House special chimichangas that I ordered and she said yes. I told her I was accustomed to the enclosed chimichanga where the meat stays tender. She said that is only available in the seafood or fajita deluxe chimichanga which she would be happy to switch out for me. I didn't want seafood and I didn't want a steak and chicken combination, I was just really looking forward to a simple chicken chimichanga that wasn't dry. And of course I will never ever send anything back, I have seen way too many movies of what could be done if you send your food back and I don't want to chance it. I will go back again to this restaurant but I will never order the House Special Chimichanga's again. There is plenty of other good Mexican restaurants in Hagerstown that I can get the chimichanga that I want and not taquito looking chimichanga's. The taquitos that I was served tasted fine but I was just really looking forward to a simple chicken chimichanga so I left unsatisfied. The margarita did help get me through my disappointment. “I was in Rockville on a short trip..ordered a few "to go" items from the menu.Everything was DELICIOUS.My food was hot, fresh and served with everything I needed.Vegetarian options: I was pleasantly surprised that World of Beer not only offered Vegan/Vegetarian dishes, but would accommodate me by altering other possible menu choices I was interested in. “I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because the food was very good. I got the Chicken Masala and I really liked it! However, if I were to take the service into consideration, it would be a 3 star review.I have a few recommendations for the establishment. When a customer walks in, have the staff greet them as soon as they notice them. “Hi! I’ll be with you in a second” always works great. I saw that the employee was busy so I didn’t bother him but any kind of communication that he noticed me at the register would have been appreciated. He walked past me multiple times. The employee didn’t say a word to me once he finally made it to the cash register. Without a word, he just looked up at me and waited for me to order. Typically employees say “Hi, what can I get you?” when taking an order. Maybe he was having a rough day and I understand that but customers do remember these little things, especially when it is a family owned business.Also, I ordered for takeout and I didn’t get napkins or plastic silverware.Overall, I really liked the food and I am the type of customer that will return for good food, but I believe that if you teach your staff basic customer service, your business will really flourish and you will 100% see a positive difference in your reviews.“
“I've been frequenting Mackie's since before COVID-19 struck. It feels like ages ago, the food remains consistently amazing. The ribs have incredible flavor and are perfectly sauced, achieving a delightful balance between the meat and the sauce. I'm curious if it's possible to request different sauce flavors? The chicken salad surpassed my expectations, and the cornbread, while a tad dry, was brought back with some butter, likely how it was meant to be enjoyed. The indoor seating area is wonderful. While I couldn't dine in today, I'm looking forward to staying longer. The ample space and separate full bar area are great. Today, I had the pleasure of chatting with Cam Mackie, learning about post-COVID changes, business plans, and exciting new menu items. I'm eager to come back to try out the new items.“
