“I got queso, enchiladas suizas, and tres leches cake. The food was very good but the tres leches was a standout!! I didn’t even want to get tres leches since it’s consistently been a disappointment since I moved to Maryland even at highly rated popular places with otherwise fantastic food such as Clavel. It’s usually dry, too sweet, and has weird things like coconut. This cake was simple, super moist, drenched in milk, and lightly sweet. It was perfection. I ended up ordering a full sheet for my daughter’s bday party just to eat it again. Super excited and hope they make it exactly the same way!“

I asked Grace for a recommendation and ordered a #1 Birria. Perfectly prepared, and moderately spicy, it was very filling. I also added a Birria Ramon, to go, for my sister. She loved it!!!

“We stopped by this Salvadorian-Mexican restaurant for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

I ordered the Salvadorian típico, which came with scrambled eggs mixed with shredded beef, sweet plantains, and traditional sides. Everything was well seasoned and cooked just right. We also tried the cheese pupusas, and they were excellent. Hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The coffee was really good and completed the breakfast.

Customer service also stood out. The cashier was friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the visit even better.

Overall, everything was on point. From the food to the service, this is a great spot if you are looking for authentic Salvadorian food or a solid breakfast. We will definitely be back.“

“They need to work on their business etiquette when dealing with customers and answering the phone. Their Pupusas are very good! Their Carne Asada (Beef Filet) portion is big and tastes good. All of their dishes are made fresh in their food Truck. Again my only complaint is their business etiquette which is basically non-existent.“

“I don't speak Spanish but I enjoy Spanish and El Salvadorian cuisine. The staff don't speak much English but I have no problem with that. A little patience and friendliness goes a long way. They smiled and I smiled through the entire interaction. The people were super nice and the food was very good. I enjoy good food but nice people are a must for return business.“

“We were a little hesitant because of how small the store front was but it ended up being absolutely delightful! We had the empanadas as an appetizer, they were delicious. The bread was such a great consistency, better than the best cornbread. I had the carne asada, and it was so fresh and delicious. All of the food was very authentic! I even tried a new drink, not alcoholic, it was like a tea that was cold but somewhat spicy. It was delicious !! We will definitely be going back for another round ;-) Service was very quick and polite as well.“

The food it traditional and delicious and they offer bucket discounts for beers. Either way, don’t believe the Google reviews saying the price is $100+ As we grabbed to entries for $28 total. It was a bit to loud after our day, otherwise we would have hung out in the outdoor area.“

“The food was absolutely amazing! I had beef fajitas, my aunt had the salmon with a wine sauce, my grandma had the carne assada, and my husband had a beef milanesa. I tried everyone’s food and loved all the plates. The meat was so juicy and tender! I have eaten at numerous latin restaurants over the years and this is definitely on top of my list. We received a tres leches cake for my grandma’s birthday and I can say it was the best one I’ve ever had. Just perfect 😍“

“Best Peruvian chicken, everything else is just charbroil chicken. Nothing compares to the flavor. The only dislike I have is that the beans count as a side, and rice counts as another side. Rice and bean should be a single side, in my opinion. What do guys think? Other than that, it would've been a 5 star rating.“

“I recommend the huevo con chorizo (eggs with chorizo sausage) breakfast platter because it is authentic and delicious. I find myself craving it often. I always get that with a side of crema and queso (sour cream and cheese). It doesn't come with it, but it costs about $2 to $3 more. They are able to adjust sides and ingredients. For example, the eggs and chorizo sausage are mixed with green bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. I asked to omit the onions, and they had no problem doing so. The servers are kind and attentive. They also have a bakery and other lunch and dinner menu items. If you are looking for a taste of true Salvadoran food, this is the spot. Parking is not the best, especially when it's busy, but you can park by Walgreens and walk up to the place. They have two entrances: one is for the bakery, and the other is where the front cashier and the kitchen are located. Overall, I love this place so much!“
