The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was good. However, I think a few small improvements could make it even better. For instance, upgrading some of the serving dishes would enhance the presentation, and the spoon provided for the soup was a bit too small – more appropriate utensils would be appreciated.

Fui a decirle a la muchacha que si me lo podia cambiar por otra cosa y se nego me dijo que tenia q ser por el mismo arroz. Le dije que no lo queria que me devolviera mi dinero y se nego. No se lo recommends a nadie el services fue malisimo. Las actitudes de la dama fueron malisimas. Una vez te cobras lo que quieren es quedarse con tu dinero.“

“A nice little shop I stumbled upon.
They offer quite the variety of foods plus a lot of beer too.

The people there were very friendly, and happy to converse with (and figure out what food to pick haha).

I ended up getting the Indian Hen Soup. A simple but warm and pleasant soup with three huge pieces of chicken on the side. The portions are very generous, do expect to leave some for tomorrow!“

“This place is a hidden gem. Inexpensive, authentic, and delicious Latin American food. The pupusas and tacos are great. There are other things on the menu but I’ve never tried them, because once you’ve tried the pupusas and tacos it’s hard to order anything else.“

“Pandering and loitering are prevalent here, and needs to be handled by the management immediately, as it is highly inappropriate. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals without being approached or bothered. On three separate visits to this restaurant, I was approached by either a child or a mother seeking something. This is a business, and such behavior should not be tolerated by the staff. Proper training is needed to prevent this from happening, as it creates an uncomfortable dining environment.

That said, the food is outstanding. If you can overlook the slightly rundown ceiling and the issues with pandering and loitering, you’ll likely enjoy the experience. The music is played at a reasonable volume, though it’s surprising they haven’t invested in a streaming service and claimed it as an operating expense to prevent constant advertisements.

In short, the food is excellent, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired.

So cheesy and lots of meat and full of flavor . I’m afraid to go anywhere else to get Birria tacos cause I feel other places won’t be as good as this place. The waitress got us seated, got us drinks, and placed our order within minutes of walking through the door. The bartender made one of the best margaritas I've ever had. “I called El Encanto to place an order, and from the start, the service was outstanding. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, especially since their menu offers so many options. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed how clean and welcoming the place was. The customer service was a perfect 10/10—everyone was lovely and attentive.

I wasn’t sure what drink to choose, and the lady recommended one that turned out to be absolutely delicious. As for the food, I ordered the Pupusas Locas, and they did not disappoint! The flavors were amazing, and everything tasted fresh and authentic.
