“I love this place. The family fully operates this lively restaurant / bar and serves the best pupusas and my favorite lomo saltado- but don’t skip the steak tacos. Whatever mama marinates that steak in I end up having it 2-3 times a week. The micheladas are delicious too. Stop by this no frills venue from the 80’s for some laughs with the locals and industry folk who end their night here post shift. Love Judy’s and the staff.“

“My son and I visited El Golfo Restaurant last weekend. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful with reviewing the menu options. Our meals were generously sized and delicious. “Wow this restaurant was amazing! Located in the heart of DC, it’s easy to get here by bus or metro. The menu was very diverse with many Mexican, Italian and Salvadoran options. I chose to get the Camarones ala parrilla (grilled shrimp) and a Pupusa de queso (cheese pupusa). You could tell this is authentic the food is from the taste. The staff was also quite helpful. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back!“

“Ordene un arroz con gandules y unas alcapurrias. El arroz con gandules estaba durisimo no se podia ni comer. Fui a decirle a la muchacha que si me lo podia cambiar por otra cosa y se nego me dijo que tenia q ser por el mismo arroz. Le dije que no lo queria que me devolviera mi dinero y se nego. No se lo recommends a nadie el services fue malisimo. Las actitudes de la dama fueron malisimas. Una vez te cobras lo que quieren es quedarse con tu dinero.“

“I had breakfast here this morning during our District 47 meeting, and it was an excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile.

The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered was delicious, and you can tell they take pride in both the quality of their food and the experience they provide. The owners are amazing.

“Is this the best pupuseria in Laurel? For me, YES!

I placed a take out order, I got the beans and cheese pupusas. It was a long wait but the outcome was UHMAZING! The pupusas were stuffed to the max, love that! I got a free Horchata on the house cuz of the long wait so that was nice. Everyone was very friendly!

“Some of the best pupusas I’ve ever had, the epitome of the perfect pupusa, cheesy, fluffy and delicious. Freshly made and really hot off the grill, loved the lettuce and sauce on the side as well. Highly recommend. The pina juice was good too.“

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

I’m very satisfied with the food, the people at front were great and friendly, it truly felt welcoming. “Delicious food and very friendly people. The manager recognizes people and is attentive. The only bad thing is that they no longer sell desserts like they used to. The soups are not that good but I recommend the pupusas and meat. It is good to eat both alone and with the family.“

“Cool concept it’s like +6 kitchens in 1. They offer a lot of different promos on social media. From Alana pizza, I ordered the burrata and the bacon pesto pizza. The burrata was really fresh and I enjoyed the pesto pizza. From Di Fara pizza, I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and meatball pizza. Not sure if it was dough or the pizza was undercooked, but I wish there was more of a crisp to the crust. I found myself chewing longer than expected.

Location was really clean and ordering via the app was easy. There’s plenty of street parking around the shopping center. Prices are high for the area. I would definitely be back to try some of the other restaurants.“

“Love their breakfast, you can customize your eggs(rancheros , sunny side up, scrambled ect) comes with plantains , cheese & rice or beans or both (casamiento). . Their pupusas are really good. Their fried chicken is also really good. Horchata is very good too! They mostly have a 15-20 min wait time for you food but that’s normal.“
