Jersey Mike's Subs in Owings Mills

“I often go to the Pikesville Jersey Mike’s to pick up dinner for my mom. There is a young man there named Thomas who is always so professional. My mom can be particular about how she likes her sub and he always delivers excellent customer service with respect and a smile. Every time he sees me, he asks, a #8?“ He then says, “say hi to your mom.” Davon, the manager, runs a very nice store where customer service is obviously valued. Both young men working the sandwich line tonight helped make the experience a great one!“
