“The best Jersey Mike’s in Alexandria! I got the chicken salad sub and a #13 w/bacon for my wife. The chicken salad was delicious and you can’t go wrong with the #13 sub. Nice way to start my weekend and highly recommended. Friendly staff and quick service.“

“My favorite sandwich from Jersey Mike's is very customized. I like a regular, white bread, pepperoni w/salami, and provolone. Because that doesn't exist on the menu, sometimes I order an Italian without the ham, capicola, etc, or, the Spicy Chopped Italian w/out the ham, being chopped, and no grilling. In my mind, ordering a sandwhich with less meat saves Jersey Mike's money. Most employees don't know how to make it or figure out what to charge. Once, in Brandywine, I had to pay $14 for a pepperoni sub + salami + provolone... when all I got was 5 slices of pepperoni w/two salami slices, and two slices of provolone. FOURTEEN DOLLARS.
When I walked into this store last Saturday, I spoke with Jacquez, a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He made my sandwich exactly as I had asked, and customized it perfectly. I love freshly sliced meats and cheeses, along with pickles on the side. He realized the best was to ring me up that saved me money. That's why Jersey Mikes is a superior sub store. Jacquez is a great employee and knows the ins and outs of the business.“
“You know exactly what to expect at a Jersey Mikes. It’s hard to screw up a fresh sub but Jersey Mikes luckily (for me) always knocks it out of the park.
I am writing this review though for the staff. This location is near my work and I go somewhat regularly. Often enough to notice what a great team you have at this store. They are friendly, seem happy to be there and genuinely interested in making your sandwich just the way you want it. They say hello to everyone who walks in the door and several by name who must be regulars.
Kudos to the team and leadership. That kind of work culture takes a lot of time and effort to create and maintain and it keeps me coming back as a customer.
My favorites are the Italian on Parm bread Mikes way with relish. The cheesesteak, add bacon. The Tuna is always good too.“
