“Today I came in and got a Giant #7 and the whole staff was fantastic! I have a fish allergy and when I asked if they could have my sandwich not touch the tuna salad chunk on the board, they switched out gloves and handled it with extra care- you don’t find that often in the public sphere where cross-contamination can spell trouble- to Terrell (sorry if I’ve mangled the spelling), Jay, Mango, and especially the teammate in charge of the hot sandwiches (I didn’t get his name) but to all of you congratulations on the team!!!“

“I ordered from the Jersey Mike's on Honeygo Boulevard the last couple of days. Yesterday, I had an issue with my sandwich, so today I ordered again and called the store to let them know I hadn't received something I had paid extra for.
The store manager, Becca, was fantastic. Her customer service over the phone was top-tier. As a store manager myself, I know how important it is to go above and beyond to make customers happy, and she absolutely did that.

Not only did Becca make my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it, but it was also delicious. She even included some cookies, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in making things right.
