“Our home grown server at dinner the night before said C Street had the best breakfast in St. Michaels. Glad we took her advice. I started with a fried oyster appetizer and had one of the best spinach omelettes I've had in years. Fresh ingredients, well prepared. Excellent and prompt service. Very casual and friendly atmosphere.“

“We were staying in Oxford, MD for a couple of nights, and struck out on restaurants there. The only one that was supposedly open wouldn't seat us a full half hour before published closing time. So we scrambled to see where we might find an open restaurant in Easton, and drove to Doc's -- where our experience was the opposite! Despite the fact that Doc's kitchen was in the process of closing, the Doc's hostess cheerfully found us a table right away, and server Avery brought out some great local seafood specialties in record time! We were so grateful for the friendly service and delicious food, and we'd definitely return to Doc's next time we are visiting the Eastern shore.“

“After 2 bad experiences at the Tidewater Dining Room I have to let you know that 3 adults were there February 16 and had excellent service. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. I believe our server was Dan (he has a young daughter). We could not have gotten better care! We had ordered Caesar salad - perfect. Steak special- delicious and then dessert! Sitting just off the main drag on Talbot Street in St. Michael’s, Blue Heron Coffee is pumping out deliciously crafted espresso and coffee drinks to help us all stay awake and vibrant. The staff is friendly and the menu is deep and robustly offers multiple flavors including lavender, cinnamon toast crunch, and white chocolate mocha to name a few. I downed my regular vanilla ice latte with almond milk and it had me contemplating making a U-turn and going back for round two to the hip, and colorful establishment. Make sure you stop!! 🛑“

“Fran is an excellent server! She’s very attentive and cares about customer experience. Unfortunately, in the hospitality industry, people come and go. My wife and I and sometimes our kids visit twice a week. Fran greets us every time and welcomes us to her section, whether she’s too busy or not. I hope she never leaves!“
