“We were staying in Oxford, MD for a couple of nights, and struck out on restaurants there. The only one that was supposedly open wouldn't seat us a full half hour before published closing time. So we scrambled to see where we might find an open restaurant in Easton, and drove to Doc's -- where our experience was the opposite! Despite the fact that Doc's kitchen was in the process of closing, the Doc's hostess cheerfully found us a table right away, and server Avery brought out some great local seafood specialties in record time! We were so grateful for the friendly service and delicious food, and we'd definitely return to Doc's next time we are visiting the Eastern shore.“

We received countless compliments on the hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, and even more praise for the dinner — our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. Their bakery created not only a stunning and delicious wedding cake but also the sweetest custom cookies featuring our puppy’s face — such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. Working with Blue Heron was a breeze. Kendall and Susan were incredibly responsive, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire planning process, making everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Blue Heron to any couple planning a wedding in their service area. Even our wedding coordinator was so impressed that she said she’ll be recommending them to future clients from now on!“

“After 2 bad experiences at the Tidewater Dining Room I have to let you know that 3 adults were there February 16 and had excellent service. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. I believe our server was Dan (he has a young daughter). We could not have gotten better care! We had ordered Caesar salad - perfect. Steak special- delicious and then dessert! Also must say the Old Fashions were great! All in all we will be back soon! Thank you“

“Not sure why this place had so many negative reviews. We got quick service and food was good, some portions are small but that’s not at out the norm. We had a great experience. We very accomdating wirh my two little ones. I would say the best food on the Hyatt resort.“

“Great experience. I did a to go order. When I arrived I did not have my order placed yet. And Haleigh pleasantly came out to ask if I was picking up an order and I politely said I haven't placed it yet. She understood. Placed my order and she delivered at a great timing matter. “Fantastic Oyster Buffet, Friday nights! Raw oysters shucked right in front of you. Buffet has several varieties of cooked oysters, constantly brought out fresh. Baked pineapple is a nice add on. Plenty of other buffet items. All fresh all good!“

“Had a very nice dinner the first evening and throughy enjoyed their Easter Buffet the following evening. Experienced their breakfast buffet as well each day. Milano at breakfast and Mohamed at dinner were friendly and efficient. They embody excellent customer service. We always enjoy our visit at this Hyatt Chesapeake Resosrt restaurant. I highly recommend to check out all the dining venues at this resort.“
