“First they remodeled the place may look nice but there was nothing honestly wrong with the old place second the help is horrible and third my fault I learned got my food to go and 2 out of the last 3 times it was wrong I should not have to look at my whole bag to see if it is right“
“I had an issue with my McDonald's app that would not let me confirm my order, and they could not find it in the system. The managers on duty were extremely helpful it was 1030 am 9/29/24. I believe the managers on duty deserve a raise for their kindness and helpfulness and patience with fixing the situation“

First time ordering here on app. Just picked up my food about 10 min ago. Ordered a $5 meal mcdouble, a large fries, and a double bacon cheeseburger. I come home and noticed a small fries is missing from the bag for the 5 dollar meal. Not going back for the small fries. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews on here is based on how a lot of people are missing their orders. I didn't checked the bag which I should've done. I noticed bacon was missing on my burger. Was not happy. Came back and was upset of course and explained to them and showed them the burger without bacon. I talked to one of the employee to explain to her about the dilemma and she was nice and explained to me how busy they can get. The manager (Tina) comes up and I explain to her about it and she was very nice, calm, and understanding about the situation. Made another burger and got my small fries.“
