“It's about what you expect from a nice casual diner in a small town. Food is good, youngest loves the Ruben sandwich, gets that every time. The French fries are really good. The weekend buffet is popular, though I haven't done it. The portions are bigger than what I typically eat, but get a box and have lunch the next day. Also check out what the specials are. Typical Eastern Shore fare, but cooked by hand. Solid, inexpensive, tasty and cooked by hand. That's what a small town diner is for.“
“My buddy and I are hunting down the road and had to make a 35 min drive to get supplies. We decided to grab a quick bite and after a brief search, he found this hidden gem! The wings were perfect (we opted for the mild), the buffalo sauce was some of the best I have had in a long time! We got the meat lovers pizza, crust was old School perfect! It had the right amount of crisp to the toppings, cheese was top notch!Reminded me of the mom and pop pizza places growing up!Definitely found a great mom and pop restaurant!I miss these places and so glad we found one!“
“My family and I a group of 8 visited here a few months back although I didn’t write a review or give any stars from that visit. I have been saying how much I’ve wanted to go back soon for months now. Then I come to check the recent reviews and see more 1 star reviews than I would of liked. Hard for me to believe because our experience was nothing but a 5 star. Just to throw in here also because I saw a review about racism my family is African American. From the time we walked in to the time we left and during our visit. Everything was great from our waitress, service of food time, the atmosphere and even had some nice folks sitting beside us. The best thing about the visit was the FOOD it was really delicious. That’s why I’ve wanted to return. I’m kinda scared because of the reviews but I will take a chance again to see how this experience will be anyway.“
“Great food, great, friendly people on staff. They remind me of shore folks of times past. We got a large onion rings which was giant compared to every other large we get elsewhere, a small seasoned fry which was large compared to everyone else. A flounder sandwich, which was very good, even the bun was really good, not normal storebought hamburger buns here... Clam fritters which were great and a really good cheese steak. Cole slaw was yummy and even the seafood sauces were good and my kid who rarely eats much for lunch devoured his mini pizza. The regular fries are good too :) definitely a hidden gem“
