When I told her it was our first visit, she gave me a playful bop on the head with our table number and asked, “What took you so long?” Touché, Debbie. Touché. Now onto the burgers… and yes, they deserve their own paragraph. I ordered the A Jazzed Up Swiss Burger — and let me tell you, this was no run-of-the-mill meat puck. We're talking Gruyère so rich it probably pays taxes in Switzerland, Black Forest ham that must’ve taken a first-class flight in, baby bella mushrooms sautéed to perfection, and a tangy smear of whole-grain mustard tying it all together. Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. Let’s just say she stopped talking mid-bite. That’s how you know it’s good. The vibe? It's just like walking into your own Grandma's home and Mona makes you feel that way too! We were traveling from out of town to a customer's location near here and were looking for a different dining experience. Boy, Mona did not disappoint! We ordered Baba Ganouj, Beef Shwarma and Lamb with Rice. For dessert we had Rice Pudding and Knafe Bel Jibne. The smoke on the pitas and Baba Ganouj was amazing and I don't like smoke on ANYTHING! I don't care for lamb but tried my business partner's meal and LOVED IT! Mona has definitely won me over hands down! The Shwarma was like nothing I have ever had before. And as a BIG pickle lover, this was a hit! The Rice Pudding was very delicate and a perfect ending to a perfect meal. We ordered the Knafe Bel Jibne as we were very curious. It is a warm sweet treat with a very slight hint of savory which comes from the pistachios - YUM! Mona cooks everything herself to order with LOVE! This is such an AMAZING AND UNIQUE dining experience and hidden GEM! This place is a MUST! When you go there, tell Mona that Kat and Rob sent you!“

She is great with kids. The last time my daughter and I were there she had another table with a couple that had a baby. She took care of them seamlessly while juggling everyone else.“

“We’re always looking for good Chinese food in the area, and happy to have stumbled upon this one. My husband and I ordered crispy beef, duck wraps, house lo mein and general tso’s chicken. The owner said we ordered too much lol

Crispy beef was very unique. Tasted good, it was fried in thick strips as opposed to the thin strips you usually see, and stayed crunchy throughout.

General Tso’s chicken was good too; large juicy chunks of meat with a good sauce.

Lo mein was great - our 3 year old ate half of the dish himself. The house lo mein was good because it had beef, chicken and shrimp all mixed together.

The only miss for us were the duck wraps. While the pancakes and hoisin sauce tasted good, the duck was way too gamey for our taste and we didn’t love the vegetables that came with it. The owner noticed we didn’t eat it and she recommended that next time we try the Cantonese style roast duck; less gamey and taste better.

We also got a pina colada smoothie which was fabulous!!

True to their restaurant name, they played opera music in the background and had an ongoing video of classical dances on the wall.

The owner was so attentive to our son, gave him crayons to draw with, and kept our water/ tea filled at all times.

Unfortunately we were the only people in the restaurant for dinner that night, I hope more people come try their food! We’ll definitely be back to try more things!“
