“Apparently it will not allow you to post reviews that do not recommend this business... So, I decided to select that I recommend the business so, that I could leave my review. I've always had a great experience, but the last time my family and I ordered and went and sat down and waited for our order, after a while we finally went to see what was going on and our orders were sitting there half melted and they were all the wrong orders, and not just us but all of the other customers there as well. It seemed the young girl making the ice cream and shakes had no idea what she was doing along or what was in each shake and neither did the lady taking the orders. When we brought it to their attention the young girl had an extremely bad attitude as well. It was very disappointing considering we made a special trip and drove 35 minutes there for bad service and wrong orders.“
