“We held a luncheon for family and friends after a special event and could not have been happier with how it went. We called ahead a.few minutes before all 15 of us showed up and the staff didn't skip a beat. They graciously and quickly got us seated by combining tables together. Our waiter Noah was kind, patient and efficient throughout our visit. He even took a group photo for us. Everyone found delicious options off the menu and the out of towners couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed this local spot. All of our food came out in a timely matter and was just excellent! We were so grateful for the fantastic hospitality from all the staff and even the manager checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Our restaurant has been a client of American Hearth Bakery for many years, however, in the past couple of years, the bakery had many issues with the product's quality and services. “On Saturday January 28 2023 at about 3 or 4 pm , I went to get my family cookies, I am a Manager where I’m employed at and let me tell you the young man who worked this day he had dreads in in hair , he has excellent customer service skills, he was working alone but didn’t seem stressed he had a line forming but he gave each customer his undivided attention that they needed the cookies was fresh and good. My son has a peanut allergy and he cleaned off all of his utensils and prepared my son’s cookies. He was great young men like him is what we need in our business . 10 Stars ⭐️ young man thank you ?“

“Love Vaccaro’s! I have loved them many many years and I am in my mid 60s. The cookies with the sliced almonds are my favorite and out of this world! My next favorite are the Francy. They are great with morning coffee. I don’t make it to Hunt Valley very often, but I also never go to Baltimore City, so Hunt Valley is where I would have to go in order to get my Vaccaro‘s fix! Every time I go out there, I hold my breath, scared that the place has maybe closed. Thank goodness they are still open! The young lady that waited on me was fantastic.“

“SAFEWAY is definitely a big 'one stop shop'. All what you need are available under one roof. Very clean, attractive store. Top quality goods, products are available at Safeway. Can spend hours. They have a top class bakery. A separate meat and seafood section is also available. Fresh produce/vegetables and fresh fruits are also available. They have a self checking out counter and if by chance you come across any technical issue the shop manager would immediately attend and help you. When I had an issue and called the manager, instantly he came and helped me (I have posted an image of him next to self check out counter, he was wearing a black longsleeved shirt and a cream colour trouser. I couldn't remember his name. Such a wondeful gentleman with a high customer service standard. He is an asset to SAFEWAY. Highly appreciate) Wonderful

Just because you have a not so perfect interaction with one employee the establishment does NOT deserve a 1 start review. That’s not how reviews work. Especially when you too are a small business owner. I’ll head over to review that business owners location next and maybe use the same 1 or 5 stars only philosophy.
