“I’m gonna give four stars not because the food is bad. The food is good but every time I come in here all they do is stare at you. They don’t speak. They don’t greet you It’s very awkward almost intimidating. The only person that was nice and sweet and kind hearted in there was Lia & the fact that She’s young She looks like she’s under 20 she has more communication skills than anybody inside of the entire place and a place is full of grown adults! When I came in mind you, this is my third time I actually came in and bought something because this is the first Dunkin’ Donuts on my route back and I had to say something this time because when I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts before and I know you’re supposed to greet people. Not just stare at them until they get all the way to the counter then after that you look like why are they here? I’m here for a service. Mind you it’s 7:30am why else would I be here . Lia is an asset to this company she could show a lot of people how to communicate effectively“

“First, I must say that I love original Krispy Kreme donuts. I also like the convenience of the drive thru. During my last visit I ordered the 3CT original glazed donuts with coffee and the 24CT donut dots.
The originals were hot and delicious. My sister enjoyed the coffee and my niece and nephew devoured the donut dots.“

“I just went in to get my daughter's boyfriend and ice cream cake since he was unsuccessful in finding one in the grocery store. It was clean with a good selection of cakes. I really don't remember seeing any donuts. I also had to call someone to assist me, which is ridiculous since I was basically their only customer.

“We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the whole experience felt like a real treat.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious! It was creamy, flavorful, and exactly the kind of dessert that makes you want to come back for more. We truly enjoyed every bite.

And then, to make the experience even better, they gave us free donuts! What a lovely surprise. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and such a thoughtful gesture. Little things like that make a visit feel extra special and show how much they appreciate their customers.

I always receive quality service from this location. They serve great food, fresh donuts and hot lattes. Freshly brewed Tea, and if you're in the mood for ice cream, you can always count on a delicious sundae. The staff is always friendly and courteous.“

“I honestly have never had any problems here. Everyone is super nice and I come in regularly so I know everyone who works there. Whenever my order is messed up they always quickly fix it up and offer me to keep the wrong order and make me my correct order.“

“I came to this location because the location by Halethorpe Marc sucks. Anywhere, I always have my dog with me in the morning and the lady at the drive thru gave him some hashbrowns. Mayhem was very excited and enjoyed them. That's great customer service for me I'll be back. Whoever the lady was at the window on 3/13 @ 5:30ish and you gave me a couple of hasbrowns Thank You 💜💜🐶“

“This might once have been a regular Dunkin, with seating and all the other things you expect at a Dunkin restaurant, but it's now little more than a pickup spot for orders submitted online in advance. You can walk in and place a order, but all you'll find is a checkout counter with no display case, 4 electronic ordering kiosks on the wall and three small tables and six chairs by the window that are better suited for sitting while waiting for your order than for eating in. There is also a drive-up window. The workers will assist the occasional walk-in customer who can't figure out the ordering kiosks, but they are mainly there to put orders together. If you're looking for a Dunkin where you can sit and enjoy a meal, select a different one.“

“The women working here are sooo sweet and patient! I came with my young son to get my birthday scoop and get him a scoop too. They patiently waited for us to make our choice and gave it to us with a smile :). Plus the ice cream is delicious, just loaded with flavors! We got pralines and cream and cherry jubilee, and ate at the tables. The store is very clean and calm at 3:30 on a weekday.

A woman was given her order but never ate it and never left the store. When my order was ready, a man handed it to me wordlessly even though he wasn’t the man to take my order and he wasn’t here when I placed it. There is no cell service here.“
