“Doña Cecy’s Pupuseria in Rockville gives you the taste of El Salvador. You will not be disappointed! The pupusas are cooked to perfection! The staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my party of 20. Must try the horchata, tamales, and pasteles!“

“My daughter ordered a door dash from her and shared a taco with me. This was one of THE best tacos that I've ever had. This is a gem of a restaurant. I will continue to try out more of their menu and will say that this is truly authentic food that is excellent!“

“I can't wait to return here! They have four (new?) vegan options! The Soyrizo Pupusa (about $5) was melty and gooey and amazing! Wow! The Plantain and Avacado Bowl is perfect for dinner or a hungry person's lunch (about $11). I would order the Enchiladas to split as an appetizer (about $8.50) or order it for a kid, as it is on the small size, but it's amazingly tasty! The Empanada de Platano is out of this world! It's sweet and has a lightly spiced flavor and just so warm and soft inside! (About $5).“

“Ordene un arroz con gandules y unas alcapurrias. El arroz con gandules estaba durisimo no se podia ni comer. Fui a decirle a la muchacha que si me lo podia cambiar por otra cosa y se nego me dijo que tenia q ser por el mismo arroz. Le dije que no lo queria que me devolviera mi dinero y se nego. No se lo recommends a nadie el services fue malisimo. Las actitudes de la dama fueron malisimas. Una vez te cobras lo que quieren es quedarse con tu dinero.“

“Delicious food, very fresh ingredients. Our table especially loved the excellent salmon, fajitas, pupusas, guac, house-made tortillas, and the amazing chocolate cheesecake. We had plenty of leftovers of everything except the cheesecake, so we bought more cheesecake to take home.\n\nThe staff and new owner were extraordinarily kind, helpful, patient, and attentive to our table with a lot of special needs. Truly gracious. I would give them 10 stars.\n\nThe atmosphere is attractive, comfortable, and welcoming. Quiet enough for easy conversation. I like the new wooden booths with higher backs than the past ones. I love the vibrant artwork.\n\nPlenty of convenient parking, including handicapped spaces.\n\nThis was a special birthday lunch, and Acajutla made it a really great experience for all of us.“

“This place is a hidden gem. Inexpensive, authentic, and delicious Latin American food. The pupusas and tacos are great. There are other things on the menu but I’ve never tried them, because once you’ve tried the pupusas and tacos it’s hard to order anything else.“

“A nice little shop I stumbled upon.
They offer quite the variety of foods plus a lot of beer too.

The people there were very friendly, and happy to converse with (and figure out what food to pick haha).

I ended up getting the Indian Hen Soup. A simple but warm and pleasant soup with three huge pieces of chicken on the side. The portions are very generous, do expect to leave some for tomorrow!“

“If you fantastic food, you need to try this place. It is real authentic Salvadorean cuisine and they always do it 100%. My husband and I come here all the time. In my picture:

- Sopa de Marisco (seafood soup)
- Pupusas de frijol con queso (bean and cheese)
- Melon Smoothie( frozen, all natural)
- side of Plantains, beans, and crema“

“I stopped by this food truck and ordered a pupusa and a quesadilla. Both of these were fantastic, quickly prepared, and had me stuffed. Really great food at a very reasonable price.

I will absolutely be coming here more often to explore more of the menu. Thank you to Rosy!!“

Comida súper rica , las meseras son súper amables, el propietario siempre disponible para solventar cualquier inconveniente, te saluda muy cordialmente haciendote sentir como en tu casa, pista de baile con Dj, mesas de billar, 2 barras, bandas músicales en vivo en fechas específicas, pantallas gigantes para ver partidos.. lo recomiendo!! ?“
