“The cauliflower taco on the sprouted grain tortilla is a little messy but so worth it. Kale is much better than what normally comes on a taco, and the flavor doesn’t overwhelm as kale is known to do. From the sauces, there is a good heat which was a nice surprise the first time. My favorite item on the menu which also has other great items!“

“This is the ONLY place I go for when I am craving a good ramen with soup ! You can never go wrong with their chicken katsu or spicy bulgogi steak with their Tori shoyu soup base!! “This is a nice place to get vegan food in the area. It is located inside the Whole Foods in North Bethesda. Placing the order was easy and they have a good number of burger options available.
The burgers tasted good and we enjoyed our meal. Our go to items are:

Business was steady. When we left, there were two parties waiting to be seated, which for a small establishment speaks volumes. Despite being busy, the servers were engaging and attentive (always offering to clear debris and empty dishes from the table, too). The food presentation was timely and appealing. When seated, we ordered tea, which was lovely, and served in the most beautiful - possibly handmade? - mugs. I look forward to returning.“

Parking may be an issue for some since it is in an office building, but just follow your GPS to its pinpoint and you’ll find it. We parked a little bit up towards the senior living home, there is 2 hour parking available for free there Mon-Fri. Seating is limited & no online ordering available, but very worth it to visit this cafe.“

“First off, the waitress was so kind and attentive! Also, the portions are huge; the photo doesn’t even do it justice! I had the pork pan fried dumplings which were some of the best I’ve ever had and the Sichuan beef noodle soup which was good, but nothing spectacular. The broth was super flavorful but the noodles and beef itself were quite average. I probably won’t return for the soups, just out of personal preference towards bigger noodles, but the dumplings were delicious!“

All the workers were friendly and attentive. They greeted everyone, cleaned up after each guest, and asked every customer how they were doing and if they needed anything. Kudos to the ladies in the kitchen. I do think the AC is broken so it can’t be easy. There were also no bathrooms so I wasn’t able to wash my hands.“

We had no idea where this location was so followed GPS. Turns out it's right next to a grocery store and you can park in the grocery store' parking lot, so that was nice. Only complaint is that the lights are on low, so it's quite difficult to read the menu without light from your phone. The staff said the lights are low to facilitate a "fine dining" experience, but that's not really what this restaurant is anyway.“

“We had a great time at this restaurant! My family and I came here while staying at the Hilton and my dad has a gluten allergy and dislikes garlic and onion. The chef Armando came to our table, listened to my dad’s concerns and made him a custom meal with plain lemon caper chicken, gluten free fries and a salad. He loved it and ate it all! We all loved our dishes as well and the service was amazing. Our server Manuel was super nice and I would recommend!“

“We were in Gaithersburg for a soccer tournament with our son. We googled nearby Italian restaurants and stumbled upon Il pizzico. Being of Sicilian descent, I noticed they had some familiar foods you can’t just get anywhere and made a reservation. What a pleasant surprise! From the carpaccio and arancini appetizers, pasta and risotto to the gelato and cannoli desserts, everything was 5 stars. We will be back in the spring!“

We recently moved to the area and have been on the hunt to find a go-to sushi spot. I think we found it! Portions were great, price was fair, and it felt great supporting a local business over all the chains around Rockville and Bethesda. A couple chefs and one super friendly woman serving the food.

This isn’t the place you go to for a full on dining experience with fancy/expensive cocktails. Because the majority of their business is takeout, everything was served out of to-go containers. As long as you don’t have issues with this, as we didn’t, you’ll enjoy it.
