“Shout out to Lauren S. who took great care of us tonight. Longhorn is always good, from food to service to atmosphere. The only minor hiccup was my steak being overcooked. I was so hungry and still ate a 3rd of it, and when Lauren came back to check on us, I did tell her my steak was overcooked but I had already eaten a 3rd of it. She practically insisted on taking it back to get me a fresh steaked cooked the way I wanted and bought me an extra fresh piece of corn on the cob on top of the one I already had and pretty much demolished. I was beyond appreciative. I tore everything down.....the firecracker chicken wraps, the brown bread & butter, the mashed taters, the corn, & my medium well sirloin. Chefs kiss 🥰😘🥰“

Also didn't think it was professional for the server to refer to all of us as "lady". He could have used a term like ma'am or just say are you ready to order without the lady part.“
