“Incredible experience overall. My server was quick, very knowledgeable, and amazingly personable.
My food came out quickly, as well as correct the first time which is rare in the industry these days.
Our steaks were to DIE for, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Manager, Kristina, stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Will definitely be back!“

Also didn't think it was professional for the server to refer to all of us as "lady". He could have used a term like ma'am or just say are you ready to order without the lady part.“

“I love America's Best Wings! I was greeted and waited on immediately. I was undecided and the young lady suggested her favorite Honey Old Bay, so I ordered them and Garlic Parmesan and it did not disappoint. Both were saucy, fresh, hot and taste delicious. The fries were pretty good. They were drenched in sauce or grease, it was hard to determine because I was tasting the sauce from the garlic parm wings and I never finish all of my fries. Overall 10/10 for me. I mixed the lemonade and fruit punch together and that combination was good to me. I would definitely back again.“

“I hosted a surprise 30th birthday for my husband at HYC last night. Everyone I dealt with from the moment I reached out to inquire about hosting an event there up until the end of the event last night were fantastic. I ordered food from the catering menu and everyone in attendance commented on how great the food was. Our bartender and server were great as well and I was checked on several times to make sure that everything was going well. We had a great time with great food and drinks and I would highly recommend hosting an event here!“

Food: I ordered the fried chicken, biscuit & gravy omelet, and thought it tasted amazing. The gravy added a rich, savory taste to the omelet. Very delicious meal and I recommend.

Service: The service was very slow this day, which is why I’m giving it 4/5. We were told a 10 minute wait but instead got seated 20 minutes later. Even ordering food and waiting for our food took awhile. We hoped for better and quicker service overall.

Atmosphere: The ambiance/atmosphere was pleasant, but very packed.The tables were so close to each other, it’s impossible to not bump into other people and tables when getting out.

Overall, based on the food I recommend.“

“Miss Shirley's always makes you feel welcome. The staff and atmosphere are friendly and low key. The food is great and a little bit different--enough so that you want to come back and try something new. Their fried green tomatoes are rated Best in Maryland by Southern Living magazine.
