“This place is a little hole in the wall... As a rule of thumb, if a little hole in the wall manages to stay open for years, the food has to be pretty good. No exception to that rule here; the food (I usually get pizza and/or subs) is always consistently good, friendly people working there, prices are pretty reasonable, and food always comes out quickly (never more than 15 mins if I am at the shop, and delivery is usually never more than 30 minutes or so from the time I place the order over the phone). Me and my wife have been eating from Universal for years now (a few times a month), and have never been dissatisfied with the food quality and the service. If you like a small friendly neighborhood independent carry-out/delivery sub shop, you will likely like this place, as I do. If you are looking for a squeaky clean cookie-cutter chain store owned by a conglomerate or a place to dine-in, this is probably not gonna be your type of place.“

Came in to sit in and eat, they don’t even have CUPS. so I have to keep buying bottle drinks instead of a 2L - how do you sit down and drink anything - pass a 2L around the table to drink out the bottle? Please either reopen the dining area or just make it to go only. Left and went to Pizza John’s. They have cups and actual menus at the tables.“

“We went to the Towson location Sunday evening and can't say enough good things!! First off, the young gentleman at the front was the friendliest and most personable person I've ever met at any restaurant. He got us waters and menus and made small talk with us. We got the garlic knots. UPC sampler and a whole pepperoni. Everything was soooooo good!! We had so many leftovers too! What a great find!! “I’ll be honest, I was both excited and skeptical about trying Wonder when it first opened. The whole concept seemed a little strange to me, and I wasn’t sure how it would actually work. Since they were offering 50% off for first time customers when I went, I figured it was worth a try.

We ordered a pizza from Alanza, a double cheeseburger from Burger Baby, and a Build Your Own Bowl from El Diez. Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

I’d definitely come back and try some of the other restaurants they have. I also really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and didn’t feel chaotic, which was nice. The kitchen area looked especially clean, which always leaves a good impression.

If you’ve been curious about Wonder and are looking to try something different, I’d say it’s worth checking out, especially while they’re offering 50% off for new customers. “This place was awesome!!! Both Brianna and Sydney were superrrrrr kind even giving us freebies like extra sauces for our wing because our group of 8 was indecisive on which flavor we wanted. She also did all the calculations for how much each individual would have to pay since we essentially split the order this was super helpful preventing any arguments and miscalculations. They also gave us the best deals without us looking for it on the menu we also took a photo with one of the employees (Brianna) who was super patient and kind the food is also amazing both the wings and the pizza came out nice and hot with the wings crunchy and juice and the cheese on the pizza stringy which was amazing after playin mini golf across the street! GO CHECK IT OUT!“

“Ordered here for the first time a few days ago and this is one of the very very few places around here that doesn't use the same cheap tasting sickly sweet sauce without paying a fortune for pizza. If you prefer your pizza with a tangy sauce, this is the place!
Personally I think the pizza could have used a little bit more sauce, but I'll just ask for extra next time I order. Crust is pretty good, chewy how I like it. Cheese is decent too. Yeah there's better stuff out there, but I'm balling on a budget.

Our experience is really centered on the early evening, and that’s where things feel a bit different from the late-night buzz the place is known for. During happy hour it’s usually surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to grab a table but also feels unexpected given how popular the restaurant becomes later. The “Locals Only” concept is clever, but despite visiting pretty regularly around that time, we don’t quite feel recognized as locals—something that could make the theme feel more meaningful. The music can also be louder than you’d expect for 5–6pm. Still, even with those quirks, we keep coming back for one very simple reason: the food is excellent.“

“We had my son’s birthday here for the second year in a row! It was truly such a great experience, mostly in part to Taye being the most kind and accommodating party host. This is the second year I have coordinated with Taye and have absolutely nothing but positive feedback. From the last minute party additions to ensuring we had all of the food/drink/ice cream options—this was another party to remember. The space was so clean, updated, and the trampoline park has a great addition to it that we 100% felt it was worth adding on! “I ordered delivery and I didn't know what to mark exactly. The last two times we ordered buffalo wings they were great and this time too. It may sound like a small thing but my son loves the celery and they sent none the last two times just the dressing. I was told they would make up for it, So for the two missed times plus today, he got this As for me I ordered a shrimp salad sandwich on wheat toast, And it was very delicious. But by the time it got delivered the wheat toast was mushy. I could barely eat it without it falling all over the tray and my lap. But normally we love most of the food we get there. I love the white pizza and the regular pizza. The boneless wings and the bone in wings are awesome. We love their salads, onion rings and much more. We will continue to order there, just hope things get better. On Friday today I have to add that I did make a mistake and there were two extra little slices of the celery underneath the wings. My son didn't see them until today, because he had quite a few wings leftover. So I apologize for the comment I added first and just deleted. He is blind in one eye and sometimes he doesn't look at things closely. But it was an accident. Keep up the good work. And the delivery guys were awesome too, every time.“
