“Rise Up always has great coffee and the employees are always so friendly! I've never had a bad experience. They operate as drive-thru only with two lanes usually open. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait during busy times, but it's worth it.“

“As one of the first employees of the Blue Crab under Brian and Hellen, I can say that the vibes are immaculate and you can feel their flair throughout the entire building. The coffee choice is the best on the Eastern Shore (over Rise Up) and they don’t try to be fancy with their menu. It’s fairly straightforward and everything is delicious (I’ve tasted it all). I may have moved away and be saddened by the couple stepping away but I know the folks at the bagery are just as passionate. I will continue to stop by whenever I can and support not only an amazing business but also the people in this community. I recommend you try it out whenever you’re in St. Michaels. He always has my stuff ready and correct - even if I order late on my app, it's still ready, hot and he's holding it at the window as I pull up. “I mean it's McDonald's The food is always the same as long as you get your order correct The atmosphere is very fast-paced and not like a normal restaurant where people are deep in conversation and having fun or celebrating birthdays. But one thing I can tell you is if you ever get the chance make sure you go through the drive-thru and get Steve. He is the biggest asset to this establishment. He is quick to take your order and then as you pull up to the window he greets you like he's your best friend and tells you the funniest jokes while you're waiting. His service is top-notch!“
