“I regularly visit both the café and dining locations, and both have a wonderful ambiance for solo working (reading, studying, etc.), as well as meeting with friends for coffee. Scrumptious and interesting food fare, and truly warm and memorable service. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been lovely, but special mention to Eric, Daniel, and Grant, whose hospitality has been inviting and impeccable every time. “I can’t say enough about John, the manager. I have seen many great managers and you can tell John is striving and desperate to be identified as just that. Though he has a long way to go, I think he will achieve this goal. Only a few things to work on. Making a drink order as requested and opening the store on time are a couple small ones that stand out to me. I enjoy stopping by to see his slow but gradual progress.“

“The staff is always friendly and personable too! I even got to a point where I would come in so often the barista would ask me if I wanted to add my usual pink drink onto the order as well! Or she would say things like 'Good Morning, I see you came inside today?', which are surely just the little things but they make you feel unique and cared for which is often missing nowadays in food service.

Also, despite nearly always coming in before 6AM, the bathrooms were always clean, the food was always fresh, and you're always greeted upon walking in too! They also provide chargers and outlets with their indoor seating to sit and work or do whatever as needed, with in store WiFi if needed.“

“I had an unexpected situation this morning while in line at Starbucks—my car suddenly overheated, and I had to pull out of the drive-thru to call roadside assistance. While I was on the phone, clearly stressed and overwhelmed, one of the baristas (I didn’t catch her name—she was short, wore glasses, and had short dark hair) came outside and walked my order out to me.

She smiled and said, “I figured you needed this with how your day is going,” and it honestly meant more than I could say in that moment. I barely got to thank her, but her kindness and thoughtfulness stuck with me all day. I wanted to reach out to the manager to say how wonderful she was but couldn’t find an email—so I hope this review reaches the team and she gets the appreciation she deserves.

The Team at this Dunkin works really well together, and every one genuinely seemed to like their job. The coffee was hot (not burnt) and the sandwich was tasty. Great experience.“
