“I’m fairly new to road biking and had just bought a new to me road bike from FB Marketplace. I had sent an email through their contact form which Laurie answered and gave me enough reason to bring my bike to Proteus. I brought my bike in this past Saturday. The first person that greeted me was Paul. He checked over my bike and let me know that my bike was really in great shape and made a few minor adjustments that he didn’t charge me for. He replaced my seat and clipless pedals with flat pedals. Literally everyone in that shop made me feel comfortable and welcome. Laurie, Jeff, Duncan, Andy, Paul, yall are amazing and made me feel at home. I live in DC, but Proteus is my go to bike shop now!“

“I love Vigilante Coffee! Best coffee shop in College Park, really close to UMD's campus which is so convenient. The inside is pretty cute, there's a good amount of seating both inside and outside, but it does get busy so seating is not completely guaranteed. Their coffee is pretty good, I tried one of their lavender vanilla lattes I think it was, it was really good. The baristas are very helpful, and the wait time was really short. Prices aren't too bad either!“

“The food was delicious and Alejandro was a great server! He was very personable and prompt! We had the salmon cakes, banzino fish, w/greens, red beans & rice. The only thing that needed a smidge more seasoning was the fried green tomatoes. The first time I ordered them they were seasoned perfectly. I also thoroughly enjoyed the nicely cooked breakfast potatoes! This is my 3rd trip here, and I will be back!“

I wanted to come back but didn’t think I ever would be lo and behold I was back three days later. The girls taking orders and making drinks were highly accommodating for my obnoxious needs. “Store layout is great! Would be a really good hangout place if no covid to worry about. Their "cold signature milk tea" is the HK style tea and different than the other bubble tea you had. Highly recommend the "curry fish ball" and their egg waffle (we had the classic style). Will definitely visit again!“

“The staff is always friendly and personable too! I even got to a point where I would come in so often the barista would ask me if I wanted to add my usual pink drink onto the order as well! Or she would say things like 'Good Morning, I see you came inside today?', which are surely just the little things but they make you feel unique and cared for which is often missing nowadays in food service.

Also, despite nearly always coming in before 6AM, the bathrooms were always clean, the food was always fresh, and you're always greeted upon walking in too! They also provide chargers and outlets with their indoor seating to sit and work or do whatever as needed, with in store WiFi if needed.“

“You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. Do take note that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, but the quality here is worth it if you're in a Dunkin mood.“

“My exercise partner and I were looking for a place that wasn't local. We chose this location because it was 4.2 stars and roughly 30 minutes from our house. The first thing we noticed as we got closer to the entrance was that all of the windows in this property had steel bars covering them. I instantly thought, "We will be completely protected inside if there is a riot between the police and gangs outside." I discovered that you need to be buzzed in by the owner to enter the restaurant as I was reaching to open the entrance.“

“This place is so fun if you love a variety of Asian foods, and this evening I happened to walk in on a fantastic live jazz band playing by the bar. Last time, we had Korean tacos and tempura, this time I’m having croffles, miso soup, and spaghetti. (I know it’s weird but it’s all so delicious)“

Considering how busy the drive-thru was (we had to park in the shopping center's adjacent lot due to the heavy traffic), I was pleasantly surprised to find how attentive the in store lobby service turned out to be. “See this is the thing about amazing Starbucks quality. I always come there for a double shot espresso with blonde espresso vanilla, sweet cold foam which uses less calories than any other sweetener other than honey. But it mixes better when it comes to espresso than honey and I was able to make that drink larger using the vente protocol (option) which is great. Come into Starbucks consistently at any area that I need to in this particular situation. I was working and I needed to go to one in the Bowie area. It's always good to know that I'm going to find good staff as well as good coffee consistently. Some food change of problems with making it consistent raising Cane's and Starbucks and Chick-fil-A seem to have got the formula right when it comes to consistent product delivery to the customer. With good staffing of course. Keep doing what you all are doing Starbucks.“

“Located in the food court of our office complex, I visit this place almost once a week if not more. Love their fresh brews and the innovative blends they keep introducing. Their White Mocha is my favourite and always a comforting option to have. Their seasonal introductions such as the Pumpkin Latte during Halloween, Christmas Cookie Latte during Christmas, Mango Smoothie during summers among others are my favourites. The atmosphere at this outlet is amazing, and I often just go and sit with a fresh cuppa just to relax. Definitely my favourite here. Although the price is slightly high, but the comforting vibes, the innovative drinks and excellent service all make it worth the visit.“

“They serve Starbucks coffee and tea, however it is not considered a Starbucks branch.The coffee is ok, the cakes are fresh and delicious, but you may have to stay in line for a few minutes.Overall, it's good to have a coffee shop near while working.“

“I love this place. My order is always right and I never have an issue with the staff as they’re always friendly and respectful.

However, I noticed ever since this black lady with braids (usually in a ponytail or such) started working there, she has made the experience a lot less pleasant. She is very rude and quite literally never smiles or says any friendly words. It’s almost as if she hates the customers for something that went wrong in her life. She has a very bad attitude and ruined my morning one time I went before work. I’m not sure if she is the manager but I’d consider training her on customer service or replacing her ASAP!! It’s unfortunate because everyone else that works there is very sweet. It’s a bad look.“
