“Today was my first time in this cute little shop. The atmosphere is perfect for meeting friends or for setting up to get some work done. As a pleasant surprise, they had gluten free bakery girl pastries for sale as well as dairy free drink options. I am already looking forward to my next visit.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options.“

“Beignets are delicious. Had my first trip to New Orleans this past summer with a great group of girlfriends and had my first beignet. Was wondering if I'd only be able to get them if I went to New Orleans, NOOOO, they are here, right here in Bowie at PJ's. Left church and stopped by, love these. I also got a chai latte, extra sweet, with some sweet cream added, yummy! Nice, quaint spot. A little tight on the counter space, to pick up your order, but overall, nothing bad to say. I love this spot.“

“Super casual breakfast place- go up to the counter and order a comforting meal. Came in for breakfast and got the morning platter with French toast and bacon and a iced mocha coffee (which was good and and overly sweet!) Price point is fair and portions are filling. Leaving a picture of my toast. Sorry there is a missing slice.“

“Mixture Food Hall offers a variety of vegan foods, desserts, drinks, organic supplements, oils & herbs, play areas, arcade machines & including sport TV monitors, seating areas,180° bar area, upperstairs lounge space, 5 individual restrooms, parking space. The only downside was that baby strollers couldn't be rolled into from sidewalk & had to lift up the stairs. The art moral could be used for a photo background.Vegetarian options: They offered Musa's fried oyster mushroom sandwiches & a variety of sides; tacos qucidillas; bar beers & drinks; burgers; wings & salads. My son didn't like Musa food due to too salty fried oyster mushrooms & salty fries were overcooked. The wait staff was professional; followed food safety guidelines & customer service oriented.Parking: Small to mid-size cars & suvs use space but tight parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: They offered a play area including a table & 4 metal kid chairs with educational toys & games; a loga board game, arcade machine & shooting arcade game.“

“Another local gem for getting coffee and pastries. Vigilante Coffee (Hyattsville) is spacious but cozy and full of energy by the friendly staff, baristas, managers, and customers. I visited this past Sunday, St. Patrick's Day and the place had a beautiful Celtic atmosphere with live music by Abbie Palmer and Agi Kovacs. They were wonderful and so friendly and personable.I had a delicious oat milk Flat White with a Honey Pistachio Kouign Amann pastry.“

“Came to the area for a different restaurant but they were closed. Happen to find this place within walking distance. Things happen for a reason. Welcoming staff, quaint dining area and amazing food. Will definitely be a stop on our next ride out.“

“Really enjoyed the food and vibe of this place. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. The center of the restaurant has shelves adorned by 100s of board games. I ordered the most basic breakfast and it was really good. The Americano was bold with chocolate and dark cherry notes. Delicious!“

“My favorite place to get coffee near UMD campus. They’ve got the best chai latte I’ve ever had. Their baked goods are decent but not stellar. I mostly come just for the drinks. The vibe inside is indie and cool, with some indoor seating that fills up quickly. They’ve got a bit of parking available, as well as a public restroom.“

“I’ve become a regular here, after first trying their HK style signature milk tea one year ago. I am so happy that I can drink authentic tasting HK milk tea. I missed it so much after my trip to HK last year! It is like a special treat for me. The caffeine level is so strong so I can’t drink this in the afternoon or I won’t be able to fall asleep. I tried making my own HK milk tea at home but it doesn’t taste the same. I honestly have so many of Cuppa Tea glass bottles, and use them for assort storage at home, haha.My daughter also loves the egg waffles, Chinese pastries/bread. We always order the Amber fresh milk for her (it’s technically brown sugar milk minus the tea.) I ask for less brown sugar. Their oolong milk foam tea is very delicious too at 50% sweet. I like to taste the delicious oolong tea and prefer less sugar. But others might find it not sweet enough. My husband likes the mango sago and we also have 4 of those glass cups that we reuse at home as water cups now. ? pineapple bun is so good too. I usually remove the butter. Also, the manager is so awesome! She remembers my daughter’s name and her preference for clear jelly instead of pearls. When you use their app, you can get rewards. They have a buy 3 drinks get one free drink promo sometimes. Monday - Thursday, they have a buy a drink and get 50% off egg waffle. My daughter likes their matcha egg waffle the most.“

“I do not know if Proteus is a great bike store with an excellent coffee/espresso bar or an excellent coffee/espresso bar in a great bike shop. Either way it is worth going in for a look and a taste. The coffee/espresso bar also has fresh baked goods from a local bakery. The barista was friendly and skilled.“

So, take a step back from the hustle and bustle of modern life and indulge in a moment of tranquility at Kung Fu Tea. Your taste buds will thank you.“
“First time here, only 2 vendors during the week one with West Africa food and the other Latin. The hall is pretty big with a bar and a smaller space for a vendor with Vegetarian dishes. On weekends other vendors come in. Tables for dining, WiFi available too. Taco Tuesday here so that's what l had 3 tacos for eleven bucks l had one chicken, one beef, and one pork served with a fresh garnish along with 2 sauces. Completely fresh and savory. Very small however. So check out the portions before you buy. I was hungry that day and had to go home and make a sandwich. lol all in all a nice place.“

“The boba and fried chicken here are both great! Placing an online order makes for almost zero wait time and the staff is always friendly. However when you place a boba order they often forget a topping which is frustratingParking: There is a lot for free parking that required a little walking and also paid street parking“

“My exercise partner and I were looking for a place that wasn't local. We chose this location because it was 4.2 stars and roughly 30 minutes from our house. The first thing we noticed as we got closer to the entrance was that all of the windows in this property had steel bars covering them. I instantly thought, "We will be completely protected inside if there is a riot between the police and gangs outside." I discovered that you need to be buzzed in by the owner to enter the restaurant as I was reaching to open the entrance.“

“Despite being a chain, they are the good guys.- When the rest of america bullies you for 20%+ tips on counter service, they removed tip suggestions. (This alone motivates my 5 star review)- Employees are incredibly nice, so they must be treated fairly.- Food is great, bagels actually do rival New York bagels.- coffee is good, and it seems like its free refills.Only con: they put bacon bits in their bacon egg and cheese! No new yorker would be caught dead with bacon bits in a BEC! But if you ask they will use real bacon.“

“My employer does something special every year for Pi Day (03/14) and each employee gets a pie to take home. We've been getting pie from Cheryl for the past few years and every year I pick a different flavor. They are all delicious! “What a nice Starbucks. Busy at lunchtime when I was there but very organized and the staff seemed to know many customers. The nicest one I’ve been to. And what a lovely old building.Dietary restrictions: The coffee Frappuccino with sugar free vanilla syrup and no whipped cream is fine. It’s the ice I love.“
“Perfect day for a quick stop in between errands & surprisingly great, outstanding customer service at this location! The staff were so friendly, greeted you as soon as you entered and the Iced Americano I order was on point! Strong, bold and full of expresso chocolate-caramel depth and flavor....something that's very rare or a hit or miss at most SB locations around the DMV....between getting good customer "and" actually a bomb drink. It's either one or the other....and sometimes a "no-go" on both. Not the case today at this location, to say the least. KUDOS to the staff and team at this location. I totally enjoyed my break from the busy Saturday, weekend rush hour traffic trying to take care of errands, and adding a smile (pep in my step) from the my visit at the ratchet Walmart next door!....that place can definitely test one's patience!! lol. But, sorry, I digress.....Super nice staff and really cool vibe-interior, and great service/drinks from what I can tell during brief my time spent here. Definitely will be back if I'm on this side of town again!“

“You won't find a better Dunkin. The food and drinks at this location are consistent and the employees tend to be efficient and helpful. That's really all you can ask for with a franchise, hence the 5 stars. My wife and I are a frequent visitors and have not been let down once, and I couldn't say that about any other Dunkin we've frequented. Do take note that this location doesn't have a drive-thru, but the quality here is worth it if you're in a Dunkin mood.“
“Maryland Dairy has been serving ice cream on the University of Maryland for 100 years. Formerly located in the Turner Building, its name has been simplified, and it is now conveniently and logically located in the food court of the Stamp Student Union. We were planning to have lunch after leaving campus, but we had to have ice cream first! The colors and names of the choices were attractive. The purple was actually blueberry with vanilla cookie pieces and cream cheese icing swirl. It was named after W.S. Arbuckle, a former university professor and author of a definitive book on ice cream. We also tried Terpresso, a double strength coffee ice cream with crushed Oreos and a caramel swirl named after the Terps or Terrapins sports teams. The Sapienza, which we were told is the customer favorite, was a creamy, rich vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate chips and chunks of chocolate fudge brownie, a smooth chocolate swirl, and creme de cacao. In recognition of Jim Henson, a prominent alumnus, and his Muppets the green mint ice cream with chocolate chips was named Kermit’s Kiss. I only regret not bringing an insulated bag so I could take home some pints from the freezer.“

“I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.“

“I placed a last minute order via the mobile App.3 dozen Donuts and two jugs of Joe. Because the Donuts were not the random assortment I was given a notice that it might be delayed. When I arrived at this location everything was already ready for pick up. If they can pull this off I really can't imagine what they can't do in there.“

“Really very shocked at how efficient it was to come and grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches at 9 AM on a weekday. I was fully expecting to wait in the drive-through line for several minutes without any service. Assuming it was going to be slow. However, I was in and out of that drive-through line in less than five minutes, which I think is really good for an establishment that was as busy as they were churning through all of the customers.“
