I called in and spoke with Lucky and the manager Olman. They both were extremely professional, pleasant, and assured me that the order would be filled correctly. They walked me through the process of changing the order and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was correct and my questions were answered. From start to finish the experience was 10 out of 10 - from ordering online, to making order modifications, to picking up the order (shout out to Alec for helping take orders to the car) - I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. And best of all the girls were happy with their meals! I can’t say enough how fantastic this experience was and how grateful I am to Olman and team for coming through for us. “I ordered online and added the side and drink for $5 they gave me a can soda. It was suppose to be a fountain drink. I have can sodas at home. “I was one of the first to be in the drive thru line yesterday. I was unsure of what I wanted to get I asked the staff to recommend an item and she was the sweetest. With no hesitation she helped me choose and it was really good. Normally people are rude in the morning but she was very kind. “The burger was great and it was empty so wait time was short but, they don’t give you the extra fries you’re used to. Ain’t no way I paid $6 for a little fry and they picked up some fries (one by one) with their hand and put it in the tray to dump into my bag. The pieces are juicy and really nice thick decent size, unlike other hibachi places this place does not use frozen thin cut salmon, and I hope they never do !! keep up the good work. Salmon is too expensive for any restaurant to be using Thin small frozen salmon. I appreciate this location for their salmon 100%. I actually drive 40mins to this location and pass 100 other hibachi places only because I know the salmon is worth it every time !“

“Just wanted to address something.I come here for a lot of orders for customers. I'll say 98.9% atmosphere is fantastic cheery etc usually a nice vibe. But for the first time I simply asked for a straw for the customer which was right behind next to the drinks behind the counter and it's usually given to me without asking from behind the counter.

The first time I asked for one, she almost grabbed one then walked away and but turned around said you can grab one from over there merely a few steps away it was not a huge effort.
As for the rest of the staff keep doing a great job!!! She was the short one with glasses. Don't know if she's having a bad day or moment but as we were taught whatever is bothering you if it's not work related you leave it outside.“

“I’ve been to Tokoa about a dozen times now and every time I order their house cheesesteak. The problem is that this house cheesesteak changes about twice a month. I’ve seen it go from “The Steak” to “TK Cheesesteak” a handful of times now. With every name change, the sandwich itself changes too.

Last month, when it was “The Steak”… Holy Jeebus. It was probably the greatest meaty amalgamation one could ever ask for. It had tender, perfectly seasoned chunks of steak, lettuce, tomato, house sauce, melted garlic butter and it was topped with fried onions. I must’ve ordered this sandwich about 5 times in the span of a week or two. I even made a fool of myself and tried to order a large size (which they didn’t have for this version). I would do anything for that sandwich.

As of this month, it’s back to the “TK Cheesesteak”. This is your typical thinly-sliced steak with provolone and the usuals. Is it more true to a real Philly cheesesteak? Sure, and it’s still a pretty damn good one.

But nothing compares to “The Steak”.

I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but it’s clear that the food here is made-to-order, super fresh, and sprinkled with love. Good stuff.“

“The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. “Blaze Pizza had fast service and had amazing choices for pizza toppings and varieties. I ordered the Blazed BBQ pizza and I enjoyed the savory taste. I highly recommend this place if you happen to be in Bowie.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“
