Especially since before that you had to call in and half the time the order wasn’t right. Fast forward to tonight. My wife had to call in the order, because they have gone back to the prepandemic website. Unfortunately, our order was not correct. It was missing a whole pizza. While they made it right there, the other pizza had to be warmed up, because it sat waiting for the other. Franco’s eat in 4.8 Franco’s pick up 2.5 - because they get it right half the time. Back to our other pick up places that get it right 90 to 100% of the time.“

“I've been here twice and both times the food was excellent. It tucked away into the corner of a small shopping center, off of Mountain Road in Pasadena, MD. The owners are from Naples, Italy, and the food tastes like what I had while in Italy. What I noticed while in Italy, is that the sauce was not nearly as sweet as it is in most locations here. It doesn't have that sugary or overly sweet taste. Perfetto! (Perfect!) It's so good! I recently went with a large party and the service was spectacular. A group of my 2nd graders saved 50 "Bird Bucks" each for a pizza party. We called Papa John's because they open at 10:30 and we needed 3 cheese pizzas delivered by their 11:00 lunchtime. AFTER Papa John's 25% SCHOOL DISCOUNT those 3 pizzas would have cost $39.71. A $2.95 delivery fee was included in that total but $39.71 AFTER a 25% discount for 3 pizzas?!? Although they didn't open until 11:00, I then called our SP Pizza Boli's around 10:45 to see if I could place an order anyway. There was no answer BUT a nice gentleman there ended up calling my phone back at 10:50 so I could place our order early.
