“Took us way too long to try Garten and it’s quickly become a frequent dinner spot for us. Hard to find a kid-friendly restaurant that has great food for the adults too and nice atmosphere. Haven’t had a bad meal, and especially love the crispy ribs, beer cheese and soft pretzels, and schnitzel sandwich. Highly recommend!“

“Really good food with huge portions. Loved their nachos (they are smart and included cheese on the bottom), buffalo cauliflower, and the burgers and wraps were all great. Beer and cocktail selection was good. Service was on point. We sat inside although the back area looked like fun since people were out on a nice day. All for a very reasonable price. Would gladly come back again and recommend to others!“

“Went for lunch with my daughter in from Georgia on 11/25/2024. They had a "ROCKOSCAR" special and it was amazing. She leaves to go back 11/27, but staying by the airport, but told me, she would be dining there tonight also on 11/26.“

“I had a large catering order for a construction meeting in DC. They asked for something new. Since I love Julep's, I brought some for my customers. Emily was great from start to finish and helped me make a good menu. I asked for the order to be ready by 1030am and they made it happen. Everyone loved the food. You don't win friends with salad. Highly recommend!“

“Kristen was an awesome waitress!!!! She kept a table of five full on soda the food came out super fast. She makes going to the restaurant so awesome. The food was fresh and really good.
The entire staff was really great , the only issue is Brooke the servers assistant was really childish and walking past our table and was being rude giving the evil eye to the table .“

“Can be a bit heavy on spice for a few dishes such as the drunk noodles and red curry, however these dishes are still delicious and their sushi selection is very good. The waiter is very polite and overall the restaurant has a chill atmosphere for a calm family dinner and has very good food that satisfies you while not making you feel to heavy. Overall I would highly recommend coming here for a calm family dinner. Would come again. ( also you can ask them to remove some of the spice if you don’t want to deal with it for the drunk noodles and the red curry.)

Parking: Parking was easy.

Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly, no explicit imagery so it’s fine for kids to come.“

“My family and I have enjoyed Devens Deli for a few decades now. Deven, Hetal and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing people who make amazing food. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli. The Soft shell crab sandwich is awesome and a good price, as is the fantastic crab cakes (which can give any of those “4 star restaurants” a run for their money) 🦀👍. Hetal makes THE BEST chocolate eggs around the Easter season and my son and I made it a tradition to get them every year!! My cousins wedding was catered by Devens, I suggest you keep them in mind when having any event👍🤩“

“I have been a patron at McGarvey's for years. I love your food and service. However, first time I have a complaint. I was anxious to try the crab balls, as pictured in your menu. Although they weren't horrible, they looked nothing like the picture on your menu, very disappointed. I expected pieces of white crab meat and we got very crusted, fried little round balls. I bragged to my grandson about the picture on your menu and it was certainly not what we got. I must say, it is the first thing I have been disappointed with. Either change the picture or take them off your menu.“

“was iffy about going here because i couldn’t find their menu online, but i’m glad i did! just an update: they do indeed still have their tofu scramble burrito! it’s quite good but messy and the red sauce that comes on the side is NOT for the faint of tastebuds lol. VERY SPICY. the tomatillo sauce is good though. good lattes with several flavor options, make sure to ask which are dairy free if you’re vegan though because some like the cinnamon toast crunch syrup are not.“

“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. The coffee is great, obviously. And they have tea. Just don’t you dare ask for chamomile. Or if you’re feeling playful, you can always get some hot choccy. They’re always playing great music too. A fantastic atmosphere. I go in every single day with my laptop to do some work and I swear, I accomplish more in one hour than a college kid on Adderall cramming at 4am for an 8am final. The real absolute rockstar of the show, though, is Madison. I think she might actually be superhuman. Once I ordered something and she told me no, I don’t want that, and then made me something else. And you know what? She was absolutely right. It’s like she was able to take her hand and reach it into the deep, dark recesses of my soul and somehow know more about me and what I want than I’ve ever known about myself my whole life. I will never question her on anything again. If you’re in Annapolis for even just one day, this place is a must stop. Just don’t come when I’m there, I’m trying to get some work done.“

“Great place for drinks a day live music. There is seating, and it wasn't overly crowded. Things to note-it is child and pet friendly. If that's not your vibe, take that into consideration. There are a few games and but overall just seemed like a chill place to unwind. Picture is of their Blueberry Sour. Smaller glass is a taste, while bigger glass is a full pour. It was very good. I'd go back and try more or do an official taste test, not on a Saturday evening.“

Perfect salads (amazingly fresh)., the best crab dip ever, with both baguette and sliced cukes to accommodate by wheat allergic friend. all followed by a terrific cappuccino and exquisite cheese cake. Such a cosy cafe atmosphere - the kind of place where you feel instantly at home yet with a dash of euro sophistication. Our server was totally, utterly lovely; friendly not overbearing, and super professional. In short - my new happy place!“

“Great Frogs is a delightful place to relax with a glass of wine and people watch. It’s only 10 minutes from Eastport. There are several unique indoor and outdoor seating options for all party sizes. While they sell snacks, I recommend bringing your own. I’ve been here several times and the staff has always been nice. My only critiques is that they have a food truck that I’ve never seen open, and the tobacco barn tasting room can get warm in the summer. A great place to listen to local musicians.“
