“We had an absolutely amazing experience on Homecoming Saturday! The entire Potomac Ridge team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly despite the busy crowd. The kitchen was impressive—getting fresh, delicious food out in less than 10 minutes with smiles all around. I complimented someone from the kitchen, smiling they proudly responded, ‘thank you, breaking records!’ I loved that! As the sun set, the fire pits were lit, and an employee started selling s’mores kits, personally chatting with each group at the fire pits. The heaters under the pavilion were a cozy touch. It all wrapped up with a friendly send-off from the door holder! Such a delightful experience.“

“Absolutely amazing! The rafting was so fun, easy ride, and perfect for my 7 year old! We thought Cher was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, and made my son feel so special grabbing him the only purple tube for his ride! Also, letting us know about Monday - reruns on the river as long as it was before closing time! We definitely got our moneys worth on this trip and she even filled us in on safety protocols if there was a storm while we were on the river. Appreciate her kindness and positive attitude!
