“Best Wedding Food EVER!! Delicious, gorgeous, impeccable service! We hired Corcoran for our catering, alcohol, wedding cake, and all of our rentals. They built the most incredible menu for us and the food was the most delicious wedding food I have ever tasted! Everyone at our wedding was blown away by both the food and the service. Emelie is a dream to work with and was so responsive to changes and questions. She sought out rentals to ensure my exact vision came to life. Her team is amazing and everyone who was on site was so friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Corcoran! If you are considering the as your caterer - DO IT! You cannot go wrong! Emelie went above and beyond to honor our requests. From having the chef learn a new recipe to honor our brother who passed away, to having alcohol free sauces made for our sober guests, I was blown away with her service and ability to accommodate any request! “There are no gluten free options on the menu. The very friendly staff very kindly created a Philly Cheese Steak plate so I could avoid eating the bun. It was delicious and included the lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo as a side plate so I could add them at my discretion. I highly recommend Sam's Kitchen!“
