“This chipotle location is probably the cleanest location I’ve ever been to. They don’t play. I’m assuming because it’s a high traffic area. Just stay away from the location right after the high school lets out. The kids are OBNOXIOUS and they take over the entire restaurant. Because they are being obnoxious, they irritate the workers making it a not so pleasant experience for you. Other than that, the workers here are great.“

Review:
I came to Chipotle with my wife, and the experience was very disappointing. My wife’s first language is Spanish, and her second language is English. She asked the employee, Maria Gonzalez, politely if she spoke Spanish so she could place her order more clearly and accurately. Instead of helping, Maria responded with a bad attitude and asked her “why” in an aggressive tone, which made my wife feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Then, when we went to pay and asked the cashier, Kevin Martinez, for a water cup, he replied rudely, saying “no, no water cups,” and stared at us as if we had done something wrong. The overall experience felt disrespectful, and the customer service was very poor.
I also spoke to the manager on duty, Edwin, about the situation. He listened, but I still wanted to make sure this feedback reached higher management because this type of behavior should be addressed.
We come to Chipotle often, but this visit made us feel uncomfortable and unappreciated as customers. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to the staff on professionalism, respect, and how to communicate with customers who may not speak perfect English. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.“

“The food was absolutely delicious, and both the tables and bathrooms were clean. However, what I appreciated most was the customer service. Rosita prepared my meal exactly as I described, and the rest of the team—three other girls whose names I unfortunately forgot—were incredibly nice and friendly. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Chipotle location.“
