McDonald's in Silver Spring

“The service is good for this smaller store size, but every time I visit at least one self serve kiosk has something wrong with it. A broke receipt printer is very likely to be found. The store is clean and it is steps from the the Metro Bus stop. It would be nice to see outdoor seating at this location, but that is not the case.“

“Angel Hall is an exceptional server. Despite his young age, he is dedicated, consistently attentive, and always serves with a smile. His positive attitude and professionalism make every dining experience enjoyable. I wish every location had a server like him.“

“I have 2 McDonald’s next to my house but I drive 15mins because of how good the quality of food is from here!

“The weekend breakfast crew deserves five stars in every way! I stopped at 8:00 a.m. on July 12th. They had just received a large food delivery and there were many staff working on that outside. There were two very nice gentlemen in the Drive-Thru line taking orders and confirming payment methods, in addition to somebody taking orders from the menu board. I received my order in record time and it was the least greasy sausage McMuffin with egg I have ever had. Great food, great service, great experience! Five stars all around for this crew!“

I did see something disappointing 😞
I saw a now retired ex-employee bring a birthday gift to the main manager named Santos, he got it and didn't show any sign of appreciation whatsoever.
I hope this isn't how he treats his employees. He wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to ask his name to another employee because this "pushed my buttons!"
Irma, a supervisor, is always kind and attentative, as is Miriam.
Occasionally, they might have new staff that isn't trained and have no customer service skills (won't even say "thank you")“

“I'm a former McDonalds Secret Shopper, so listen to me when I say this: Every McDonalds franchise should take an example from this McDonalds Manager. His crew respect him, and he is the nicest most respectful man to all customers, even me when I look like a bum and am sneaking an extra refill at the machine!

He also seems (from what I've observed) to hire some with developmental disabilities who gave us a wonderful welcome when we came up to order. McDonalds corporate should promote him. He's a true manager.“

“Majority of the time there is a long line at this location because it's located at the intersection of New Hampshire Ave and Randolph Rd. However, my order is always right, food is warm and delicious. My brother took a bite and said wow, I want to order that next time. Plenty of parking but it can be a little tricky getting out because of the high volume of cars.“
