McDonald's in Silver Spring

“Busy, busy, busy. Order again was wrong. Any McDonald's does this with my breakfast order. NO FUKKKING CHEESE POR FAVOR! It would have taken an additional 20 minutes to get a second breakfast sandwich with no cheese. They're so busy.“

“The cashiers are very good... yesterday mine was a little hard. I arrived from another state and we didn't have anything to eat and the truth is I'm diabetic and I was sick... I asked for some food and the manager didn't believe me and that hurt me and I cried a lot.“

I did see something disappointing 😞
I saw a now retired ex-employee bring a birthday gift to the main manager named Santos, he got it and didn't show any sign of appreciation whatsoever.
I hope this isn't how he treats his employees. He wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to ask his name to another employee because this "pushed my buttons!"
Irma, a supervisor, is always kind and attentative, as is Miriam.
Occasionally, they might have new staff that isn't trained and have no customer service skills (won't even say "thank you")“

“Majority of the time there is a long line at this location because it's located at the intersection of New Hampshire Ave and Randolph Rd. However, my order is always right, food is warm and delicious. My brother took a bite and said wow, I want to order that next time. Plenty of parking but it can be a little tricky getting out because of the high volume of cars.“

“Mind you, I only visit McDonald's once a week. Watch the movie SUPERSIZE ME to find out why. Not sure the movie still applies. Haven't done the research.

Vegetarian options: Do French fries, onion rings and ice cream qualify as vegetarian? Love those hash browns too, but they're only served in the AM.

Parking: Parking for handicapped and mobile orders. Mobile orders are either picked up at the drive through or you pickup inside at the counter.“

“The service is good for this smaller store size, but every time I visit at least one self serve kiosk has something wrong with it. A broke receipt printer is very likely to be found. The store is clean and it is steps from the the Metro Bus stop. It would be nice to see outdoor seating at this location, but that is not the case.“

“I had to throw my more than half cup because security guards won't let me sit and drink. It was not crowded and I believe I was loitering sitting and drinking my coffee. She was nasty behavior and didn't expect in a hospitality (restaurant) place. Thank you. Nripen “

“Haven't eaten McDonald's in years. Seems they updated the inside of the stores they now have these kiosks where you can order your food from. I do like that. The food is still the same, Terrible food but it's quick and easy. The french fries are damn good. I don't know why the kids like it.“

I came in with a large order for my associates and she was so helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was holding up the line. She made sure I had all my items and that all special requests were met.
