“The Chongqing Spicy Chicken is fantastic every time. If you have never had it before this is the place to get it. All of the dishes I've tried are very fresh and aromatic, especially regarding the oils and sauces. It is very apparent that all the ingredients are of good quality. Service is polite and very quick.“

“Absolutely delicious food! I first came here six years ago for my husband’s birthday after hearing about the restaurant from a foodie. It’s an unpretentious spot with incredibly good food. We ordered 10+ different dishes that first time and loved everything, especially the dan dan noodles and the pork bun. Nothing can ever compare to their Dan Dan noodles no matter how many times we order them from different restaurants!
We moved far away after a few years, but when we came back to visit friends this month, this was the first restaurant we wanted to return to. The food was just as delicious as it was six years ago. Highly recommend!“

“This restaurant has the best Orange Chicken I've ever had! Although it looks like a lovely place to eat, I've only had carryout from this restaurant, and the service as a carryout customer has been great!“

“Triple delight beef, shrimp, chicken, broccoli, carrots in brown sauce, egg roll and can of soda. Food seasoned. Establishment very cold indoors. Three chairs for patrons. Inside could be nicer but it probably isnt to keep the cost of the food down. Not spicy. Food service quick. Neighborhood restaurant. Parking available. Will revisit.“

“Been dining at this location since they opened in March 2015 and I wanted to leave my first review. This is the best Chinese restaurant, and one of the best restaurants in general, in the DMV.
Mr. Chang is from the Hubei province of China and became a master chef of Hubei cuisine, a different style of cuisine than Sichuan, but he learned Sichuan through his experience cooking alongside Sichuan chefs and doing his own research when he still lived in China. To me and many others who are from this area, Peter Chang is an icon and a living legend. Every restaurant he opens is of equal high quality, but I still prefer this location over all the others. If you’re deciding if you want to come try it don’t hesitate, just do.

I know it’s basic but the lo mein is the best here.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Go for the food, stay for Oscar!
Big Wong is a must-visit, especially if Oscar is working. He’s hilariously goofy and kept us smiling the entire meal—the guy is pure good vibes.
He served us the pig intestine, and it was surprisingly delicious and super tasty. We’re already craving more! We’ll definitely be back soon to get our fix and hang out with Oscar again. Highly recommend!“

“Perhaps best value in the area. definitely good, at least when ordering uncomplicated Chinese food. … The staff I’ve met are kind and helpful in quieter moments even when they are looking for words in English. Busyness and lack of w/c leads to short interactions, but still business civil.“
