From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and had a great overall vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Every bite was delicious, and it’s definitely the kind of place where you leave already thinking about what you want to try next time. Our server, Nicole, was amazing and incredibly attentive. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time without ever being overbearing. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really elevated the experience. What really stood out was that the owner, Carlos, came by to check on us personally. That extra touch says a lot about how much they value their customers. He was genuinely friendly, approachable, and made us feel appreciated. Between the outstanding service, delicious food, and great atmosphere, I would highly recommend The Ruddy Duck to anyone in the area. “Great experience with this restaurant! My wife loves the food she got and she modified the recipie quite a bit. I just added Kalamata olives to the standard bowl(?). It was amazing but I should've let the server fix it his way (without the olives), the guy was so happy to fix it the way he likes.
However what struck us was the large number of kids that was there. They love kids in this place and the kids must live them!“

“The food is very good and fresh. I saw a review that said the topping were sparse. I just asked for a little more of the items I wanted more of and asked for less of some other items to meet my desired pizza. I had a make it myself salad also. Both the pizza and salad were delicious. My daughter has a milk allergy. She told them up front and they made sure her pizza met her needs. We are a family of five. It took no time to have our pizzas and salad and seated. They only issue was a lack of forks for eating the salad. Lucky I carry a couple of sets of plasticware because it happens sometimes.“

“I absolutely loved going there with my mom when I was in high school. it became our girls trip snack date whenever we wanted a kiwi smoothie and I was craving their sesame balls. I really missed this restaurant when I had to move away from Maryland.“

“Food is pretty expensive for what it is. Other Indian cuisine up the road is cheaper than here but tastes better. But it still tastes good and if you are craving Indian, it will hit the spot. The bread is usually a little too greasy for me but other than that, everything tastes good. They also have a bar attached so it is good for large party as well.“
