“Very clean store. Chicken was hot and fresh . Need to do better with the fries, they are already cooked just sitting in a pile under a heat source. Service could be friendlier walked in to no one, stood there a good 3 mins before anyone came out.“

“Monday nights at Delia Foley’s are the VIBE. We had the old bay, and the sweet foley wings. The main lunch IPA was insanely good, and apparently one of the few places in Baltimore to get this beer! Everyone at the bar were so nice and accommodating, I definitely felt like this is a local spot to go at any time of the week for a good dinner and drink.“

“I love this location, yes so much that I drive pass the one, I live near on Rolling Rd! These guys are very nice and kind, I mean, I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile, they don't rush you to order, very patient! If they get anything wrong, they don't have a problem accommodating you to the fullest! This location is also very clean, fresh and serves hot food every time you order! “One of the tastiest halal spots in the Federal Hill area. I haven't tried the whole menu yet, but everything I've had so far was delicious. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the sweet corn. Parking is a bit tricky around here, so try to avoid peak hours to find a spot easily.“

Service is A1, food is also amazing and the sweet tea, lemonade or MIX is off the charts 📈 lol. Very clean and when you get your food, they have an abundance of sides that you can put on it from sauces to any other condiments!

I’ve been to a few wing spots, but after being here, this is the only spot I go out my way to come to! If you’ve never been here, I pray this review gives you the push to give it a shot! With 33 flavors I’m sure you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for and like.

I tried asking for Splenda because I needed my sugar fix, but didn’t get any.

Also my car got towed while parked at the Royal Farms and they wouldn’t compensate my meal despite me not having a car.“

“I, along with four other friends went to this restaurant on Saturday 8/23/25 and both the food and service were excellent. Everyone we came in contact with was very polite, friendly and professional. I personally loved their corn bread muffins and asked if I could buy some to take back home. “We come from Delaware almost every week on Saturdays for church like 20 mins from here.

Mind you before the storm hit we were trying to find something to eat. It was me and four other people. We came in and didn’t know what to order Chile.

So Tomi presented some of his favorites and we were sold. Lily also backed it up which made it better so we went with that. He customized it to what fit our needs! some of us like broccoli and some us wanted mushrooms on our chicken Alfredo.

I have been a faithful customer for over 3 years, so I'm familiar with the taste/quality of the their food. This new team they have in the Baltimore location, is not keeping up with the standards. The past several months that I went to Waverly location for the fajita burrito, it was completely off. I've experienced multiple of different issues, with my once favorite spot. *lukewarm/cold meat or burrito *cheese not melted *meat tasted weird *order incorrect or mixed up *size extremely smaller I know they are a busy business & they have always been that, but the quality has dropped. They still are a great establishment; with an excellent food selection. That's why they have faithful customers, that support them on a regular. I hope they use this feedback/review as a means to improve their services, to the same standards/quality as before. 😊“

“Bertha's Soul Food Bar & Grill hit my aunts South Carolina Soul and my South Bronx Soul at the same time as we traveled through Baltimore for a business meeting. Auntie saw the collard greens and they was cut wide and her Bronx side eye made her look suspicious. Her taste test brought out her smile. And the bust down went down. Her side of crispy fried chicken complemented her plate of Turkey Wings, collard greens, sweet potatoes and yellow rice. As I am doing this review 2 weeks later I am feeling like jumping on the 95 South on the 3.5 hour drive to get our same dishes. I had 2 pieces of Fried Catfish, mac & cheese, broccoli.
I didn't leave anything on my plates and it was the perfect meal that filled me for the drive back to NYC. Our entire meal was seasoned just right we requested to speak to the chef and seasoner to give our praise.
Bertha's Soul Food restaurant accommodated us and so we certainly did.

I got the cheese steak pizza (amazing) and my husband got a classic pepperoni pizza. We love the pizza dough and how they bake the pizza.
