“I've stayed away from Popeye's because the food and service has gone downhill the last several years. My son told me about this new location and the food was fresh and delicious! We got a 3 piece white meat, red beans and rice, mashed potatoes, and a strawberry cheesecake. Not a single item was disappointing. So happy to have good Popeye's mashed potatoes and gravy!“

“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

“The beautiful lady taking my order was phenomenal! I asked her preference on the burrito and she gave me a clear cut answer. She then poked out at the food recieve door and told me why she gets it that way. I love the cheery and helpful attitude and I recommend this location. Food was great too as usual!“

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“I placed a mobile order at this location. The order was made quickly, unfortunately the store was out of the main dish that I had ordered. As a vegetarian there were no other options that worked for me. I would not use the app for this location again, there is clearly a lack of communication between the store and corporate. The location has plenty of parking but in general is out of a populated area.“

“I was driving by one day and saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Keep in mind I don’t eat red meat so I had the turkey burger patty. “This was a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were so nice to my family they took the time out to explain the menu to me better because the menu was in Spanish. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . “I really love this McDonald’s in comparison to the other ones in the area. The Moravia road and bel air road locations are awful compared to this one. I come here in the morning often and they are very consistent. They drop fresh hash browns that don’t taste like they’re full of grease and their customer service is loads better. Parking: They have a parking lot that they share with the health building next door but street parking is available I think before 8 a.m. you don't have to pay to park if you're just running into get your food your fine“
