“this has happened more than once…i do a mobile order and everything is right except i pay for donuts and don’t get them and dont always notice till im home, one time i went in and made a comment and i was told they were out..thats fine but instead of not giving someone something they pay for let them know for a chance to get something else or even a refund.“
