“A lot of reviews talk about how the staff was rude to them, but I've personally never had a problem. The staff always moves fast and makes the sandwiches well in my experience. It's only busy around noon, and even when it's busy I never have to wait more than five minutes for my food. My only complaint is that I always have issues with my credit card here. I never have issues anywhere else. The machine just refuses to accept my card, swiping and sliding. Other than that, it's a nice Subway.“

“After some poor experiences with other Subways the location in Chester MD @ Kent Towne Shopping Center was awesome! The restaurant was clean and neat including the rest rooms. Hard to find nowadays! However, the best part was Heather and Kelly! They were very pleasant, had great personalities and made amazing subs. Perfect amount of everything.
