“Food: The food at J’Ville Grille is always delicious. No complaints there - at all!
Atmosphere: Friendly, but it gets SO loud when it is crowded, though... Uncomfortably loud.
Service, however, can be hit or miss. Today I brought my grandsons and daughter-in-law for lunch. We arrived around 12:20 pm and seated ourselves. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, though there were a good number of patrons. It was clear the gentleman working was handling both the floor and the bar, and was clearly understaffed, yet doing his very best. I was as patient and gracious as possible given the situation.
He took our drink order right away, and we placed the order for the kids right then. Their food came out almost immediately. Unfortunately, our order wasn’t taken until around 12:55 pm, when a younger female employee walked by and I politely asked if she wouldn’t mind taking our order, which she did.
We both ordered the raspberry chicken wrap (delicious!). She asked if we wanted fries with that, and I replied, “Oh, it comes with a side?” She confirmed that it did and verbally stated the side options out loud, but did not mention that any of the options carried an upcharge. Based on that, I chose the onion rings (also delicious!), while my daughter chose sweet potato fries, which were delicious as well — and a MUCH more generous portion than the onion rings, sadly. Did I mention they are delicious? :)
Once we received our food and were finished eating... I had to flag down an older female employee to get our check. I was surprised to see we were charged $4 per side. When I explained the earlier interaction regarding our sides, her response was simply, “Well, it’s on the menu,” delivered with an unnecessary attitude & look on her face like I was to blame. An apology of any misunderstanding and an offer to remove the up-charge, which I would have politely declined, would have been more effective & appropriate considering the cost of 10 slices of onion and one sweet potato... Is that REALLY worth insulting me?
That response, unfortunately, affected the remainder of the experience. I am someone who always tips at least 20%, especially when staff are short-handed and doing their very best, but in this case the lack of courtesy and accountability resulted in a much smaller tip than I normally leave. Truthfully, she's lucky I left one, at all, due to her attitude!
The food is consistently excellent and keeps me coming back. I just hope service consistency — and communication — improves.“

“Good service and great food and drinks the food came out in a reasonable time and the waitress was knowledgeable about almost everything on the menu she gave suggestions and when we got our food it was great everything was fresh clean on point I definitely recommend getting the crab dip also.“

“We stopped by for lunch while we were out on a Sunday motorcycle ride. I got the Sunday pasta special and my husband got a chicken cheesesteak. Neither disappointed... food was delivered quickly with generous portions. I think it is supposed to be counter service, but staff was so attentive it felt like a sit down table service. Will be back again!“

“Best Greek food in Harford County! Started with the Avgolemono lemon-egg drop soup. Tangy with lots of lemon. Uses a chicken broth base. The simple feta plate was extensive with plump capers, lots of heavily marinated kalamata olives& chunks of fresh ripe tomato. Don't miss the entree: spinach+feta chicken. Large chicken breasts top & bottom sandwich a heavy layer of spinach & feta on a bed of orzo rice. Beautiful & a wonderful flavor. Included a varied & fresh Greek salad with superb Greek salad dressing. Finally, 2 deserts were split onto 2 plates for us: the heavy-syrup-filled Greek baklava, & a special lemon filo pastry of the day--very lemony. An excellent meal whether you're there for lunch or dinner. Wonderful service & a warm Greek welcome!“

“We had CR Wings for our Super Bowl Party on Sunday and they did not disappoint! Best wings you can find in Maryland. 200 wings disappeared in just minutes.. We were helped by Ethan, who was also wonderful. Highly recommend them. 10/10 and definitely 5 stars (if not more!!)“

“Chilli’s has been spectacular lately. I’ve had 5 meals here in the past month in different locations. All have been amazing. 1 I had poor service. 3 amazing service and servers. The one time I ordered it for my family to be delivered, we didn’t receive my brother’s meal but I bet that was on the driver, not the restaurant. The burgers are amazing. Fries are best around and it’s not close. Their chips and salsa! Other restaurants need to ask for their chips. It doesn’t get better than Chili’s chips. Thank you for providing great food at a good price and plenty to eat.“
