“Dunkin' has a convenient small shop at the corner of Monument and Washington Streets, located just where I needed an afternoon treat after a long meeting. Service was prompt and friendly. I got two everything bagels for breakfast and a purple glazed donuts and large iced coffee for the ride home.“

“Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. PLEASE, either hire another person or just give the guy a major raise! He holds down the fort and provides great, quick service despite being one person. When I came by this evening he handled a line of 5 deftly. He deserves much more credit and support!“

“I love dunkin. I normally get an iced coffee but occasionally I will get the refresher. I love the glazed munchkins with the sprinkles. Anyone with sprinkles is my favorite really (except blue berry - not a fan). Not the cheapest but worth the price you pay. Using the app helps get rewards for free coffee, drinks and food.“

This is a nice new location. I went with my daughter for coffees. Mine was great; hers was unusual in flavor (less sweet, more bitter) and not what she was expecting. Who can say? Fast, nice folks working there -- I recommend!“

“I like this Dunkin, but I had to take a star off because they are very inconsistent with the drinks. I come here a few times a week and sometimes my drinks are perfect and sometimes they’re lacking. When I get iced coffee there’s either too much or not enough cream even though I order the same amount every time, or perfect sweetness or not nearly enough. I literally order the same thing but it’s always different, unfortunately. Even the lemonade tea is not consistent. Got it last week with added liquid cane and it was perfect. Got it this week the same exact way and it was watery, barely any lemonade flavor, and not very sweet at all.“

“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. “There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!“

“Our friend wanted ice cream to top off a delicious meal, so we popped into Baskin-Robbins. This is something we never do, so it was a real treat for us and we went all in. My husband and I both had two scoop hot fudge sundaes. Mine was with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. My husband had Mint Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate. Each sundae was topped with the hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry. Since we had not been in a Baskin-Robbins for so long we were quite shocked at the price of our sundaes – each was $5.99 plus tax – really expensive. The sundaes were good.“
