“Stopped by the point in Towson to try Tyler’s bday bash pop up menu. ABSOLUTELY incredible! Everything was perfect, we started with the Crab Rangoon Dip then we had the Ramen, lo mein and the shrimp fried rice. 10/10 experience!“

“My husband and I met some friends for dinner here. We passed by multiple, but this was our first time in. It feels like an upscale sports bar when you walk in. The service was standard and the food was very good. I heard that the lamb was a dish people raved about, so I tasted it. It did not disappoint! The salmon bites were also delicious. We had a great time! I think just about anyone would enjoy themselves here. It's not too casual, but not pretentious.“

“This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ?? All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive. The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy. I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.“

“This was my first time visiting at The Real Thing and it did not disappoint. I tried the chicken cheesesteak and it was delicious. It was full of meat and toppings. The hot sauce was a nice addition but if you don’t like your food too spicy, get it on the side. My daughter had the regular cheesesteak and it was equally good. We will definitely be back!!“

“When I entered this business, there was only one person taking orders and her name is Kamya. She was in the kitchen cooking a customer’s order and greeted me. She directed me to the kiosk to order and was very kind. I stepped out to get ice cream and came back. My food was done and she saw that I had a lot of bags and even asked me if I needed help. Customers continued to come in and she was kind greeting everyone with a smile, while going back and forth to the kitchen to fill orders.

The customer service was great and she was doing EVERYTHING on her own which makes it even more amazing. My food was good and I will be back! 🙂“

“Best food in Towson hands down! I drive Uber in the area and this is where I stop almost 2-4 times a week for the chicken cheesesteak. Tried a few other things on the menu and everything was great, but the chicken cheesesteak is just too good!! Great owners also, I don't even like a customer when I go, I feel like family.“

“Driving up to the area to visit a family member in the hospital and got stuck in crazy traffic and was super delayed, I was about to miss visiting hours. I sent in my order online once I got close and had a very slim window to actually bring it to them. I started to panic and got emotional that I wasn’t going to make it with their treat. You guys were supper busy but one of your team members noticed and reached out to me later to make sure I was ok. Luckily I was able to make it and bring a little joy with your food. “First time here , I called my order in and I got Honey Lemon & Old Bay Honey 10 FLATS. They were good . I will go back. My food was a combo and it came with a medium drink for $18 I feel like they should give a LARGE CUP SIZE for ten pieces of chicken that’s $20Bucks!“
